The location is excellent, the first line, that is, you go directly from the hotel to the beach. It's very comfortable, no roads, got dressed, went out and you're already swimming. But about the beach later. I would also like to add that the hotel is located in an area quite expensive and European, on Bang Tao beach, so you will not find wild Asia, everything is very civilized, calm, quiet, at least around this hotel for sure! The hotel itself is designed for family holidays, with children. There were no parties, it was always quiet in the evening, there were no noisy companies by the pool, this is also a huge plus! ▪︎Staff and rooms. The staff does not speak Russian, English was not always understood. But they have a Russian-speaking girl working for them, apparently in case of misunderstandings with tourists, well, a Google Thai translator to help you, it helps out. We agreed on everything in English, the basic level is enough. We arrived in the morning, and check-in after lunch at 14. On the advice of the tour operator, they brought presents in the form of Alenka and vodka with them, presented us and settled us in just half an hour, there were no 11 more, which we were incredibly happy about. Everyone is very friendly, it's Thai! ▪︎ The room is a separate story. We had a room abandoned on 54 sq. m, it turned out to be a two-room room with 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, 2 small refrigerators. In one room there is a living room with two tables, chairs and a sofa. The second bedroom. The three of us had a rest, the beds were huge. We were given an extra one for the third cup. The room is super!! There is a bathtub, a shower cabin, incredibly comfortable for Ty. The rooms are serviced normally, daily. By the way, in addition to shampoo, soap, toilet paper, they also put cotton buds, cotton wool, and a set of threads with needles in the room, it's very nice! It came in handy for us. There are also long waffle robes, it is also very convenient, slippers, an umbrella. Safe deposit. 2 TVs in different rooms. A set of dishes, a kettle. In short, comfort is at a height. ▪︎ Territory. In the hotel itself, most of the buildings are under reconstruction, so the territory is still small, but this does not interfere with rest in any way. Repairs are underway, but now it is already quiet, we did not hear any noise, which somehow interferes. They are mainly painting now, they are engaged in finishing. They do everything very quickly, I think the repair will come to an end soon. The buildings are all 3-storey, each has a balcony, a dryer, high chairs on the balcony. Some have direct access to the pool and sun loungers. Very homely due to the small size of the buildings, this is also a plus for us, we are not fans of huge anthills. We got a room on the third floor and with a sea view, now one building overlooks the sea, and after the renovation there will be more. ▪︎ The beach. The beach is a different story! Wide, very long , like 7 km somewhere, clean enough. There is no feeling that the people are like in Anapa in the season. There are a lot of people, but at the same time you are a little bit away and empty. Very cool. A place for swimming is fenced off by buoys in the sea. Casuarina trees grow on the beach, like our larches, they create shade. Also from the hotel (not everyone has this) there are free very comfortable sun beds with mattresses, umbrellas from the sun and all this in the shade from the trees. They say that there are fewer trees now, but they were planted young, apparently cut down because of old age. There is a mini cafe next to the sun loungers, such a street cafe, where you can have a snack, or just buy drinks, ice cream, pancakes. Everything is there. Even a volleyball net, you can play) ▪︎ Food. We only had breakfast, everything was fine with us. There was no huge choice, but everyone had something to eat, there were always 3 side dishes, something hot with chicken, sausages, ham. The pastries are very tasty, croissants of all kinds. Fresh vegetables, fruits. There was also a cook making scrambled eggs and omelets. And there was yogurt, which is also very unusual for Asia, their milk is usually tight. Breakfast also satisfied us 100%. Those who took breakfast and dinner said that while the reconstruction is underway, the cafe has been moved and now there are much fewer dishes. And it was better before the renovation. Therefore, it is better not to take dinners, there is little choice) Here. In general, we were very satisfied with the rest, we don't even have to go anywhere. The beach is great, the water is clean, everything in the hotel is super. I advise everyone, it is a very good option, especially with children.

A quiet family hotel. The rooms are newly renovated. To put it mildly, the bathrooms are too simple for 5 stars, the shower is not comfortable: a watering can sticks out right from the wall, there is no hose at all, the faucet is tiny at the bottom. The water was turned off twice in 10 days in the mornings when people get up. It is located very far from excursions and shopping places, but there are three restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. The hotel has a very comfortable territory: Lawns, palm trees, flowers, pines, ice cream, Pools with Jacuzzis and fountains interesting for children, sun beds with new umbrellas, a sea beach with sun beds, towels are provided in several places. The gym is brand new, cool and has a great view from the windows. The restaurant is clean, good breakfasts, dinners are pretentiously expensive and tasteless, better in roadside restaurants for the price and quality. But the service is very friendly everywhere, especially in the restaurant and the lobby of the hotel.

Of the positive aspects, only the location. Everywhere there are repairs, noise, dust. There is no silence even at sea, the constant noise is very annoying, they start at 7:15 in the morning!!!!! The beach is not cleaned by mud everywhere steers, previously it was forbidden to smoke on the beach, and now all smokers smoke and steers in the sand. The neighbors got noisy, gathered on the balcony every evening and until night noise, laughter, loud voices and repairs from 7:15. We didn't get enough sleep at all. Do not take dinners for 16 days, two menus to choose from, the food is the same, I got tired after a week, in general, we will not go to Amora anymore.

We had a family vacation for the autumn school holidays, slightly extended the pleasure to 10 days, returned a week ago - One of the main criteria of our choice was a children's animator – he is not there. There is a certain kid zone for children under 6 years old and that's it. - some adult animators sometimes appeared, but the inventory they use is all broken, it is extremely amateur to use. - The hotel is located in the construction area, the nearest "civilization" (even by Thai standards) is 10-15 minutes away by taxi, which is why the price is low compared to the rest. This is essential because it is inconvenient. - The hotel itself, although it is rated 5 stars, in my opinion, does not pull. Stardom is due to the presence of various facilities, but the level of service is 3-4 stars: They may forget to clean; when cleaning, they may forget to change towels or give one instead of 3; give the wrong amount of water; the balcony was cleaned only twice during the whole time, despite our constant reminders. - In the bathroom, I apologize for the details, there was no flexible shower, only a rigidly fixed upper one at a "Thai" height, which made it extremely difficult for a person taller than 170 cm to take a shower. - there are drinks in the minibar, but there is no bottle opener to use them. It was possible to receive it only 2 days after the 1st request, despite calls to the reception, appeals to the attendants, etc. - there is practically zero entertainment in the hotel, except for pools and the beach. Therefore, the difference between close places – "where to go" - is significant. - There was a slight smell of sewage in the room, coming/going, which was difficult to deal with; The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, as, in fact, it should be in a 5-star hotel, but the choice on the menu in restaurants is small. I understand that these are kind of small things, but the hotel calls itself a 5-star hotel. We are going to rest for 10 days, I want to avoid minor household issues.

The rooms are standard, for a 4-star hotel, normal. The kitchen is great. Lots of seafood. We took breakfast and dinner, all buffet style. Ice cream for dinner. The music in the restaurant is good, even Russian songs are sung. The beach is gorgeous. There are enough sun beds for everyone, it's not enough to run to capture early in the morning. Twice a week, within walking distance (10 minutes on foot), there is a market: clothes, fruits, perfume. We had a vacation in February 2020, when there were no Chinese due to the coronavirus. It was quiet, everyone rejoiced at the silence. The staff at the hotel is friendly and friendly. In Russian, however, almost nothing is understood, but all issues are solved through a tour operator, or learn English. The sea is clean, but at a distance of 300 meters along the shore the beaches are dirty.
