This is a great hotel for its location. It is located on the shore of the Sea of Azov, right on the beach. The rooms are clean and cozy, the Windows overlook the sea, we listened to its noise all night))) The hotel has a cafe, there is an indoor option, and you can also sit outside. The prices are reasonable, everything is cooked delicious. Parking is available. Due to the early departure from the hotel, we were provided with a Travel box instead of the breakfast included in the price. Thanks to the administrator Natalia. In general, I recommend the hotel!

I looked here on the weekend, and I was just delighted! The view of the sea is simply breathtaking, you have to see it with your own eyes. We stayed at this hotel on 07/19/20.07 Among the advantages: proximity to the sea, clean, no dustpan, air conditioning in the room. On the downside: the prices are Moscow, the service is 2+, the portions are tiny, the kitchen is so-so (I ordered rolls, it feels like they were prepared at some master class, the mussels are dry) in general, work on the kitchen, work on the staff and work. And so well done, at least they started somewhere and are trying. There is no refrigerator in the room, they give you only one key. In general, for such a room price, there is nothing to worry about.

Two stars only for the location. Honestly, it's not clear where so many positive reviews come from. The kitchen is terrible, it doesn't even look like a cafe, let alone a restaurant. Half of the cocktails on the menu are missing. The service is also disgusting. 10 minutes later, they brought one battered and dirty menu for both of them. There is no composition in the menu. When the food was taken out, the fish in the salmon salad smelled of vinegar, the waiters refused to make a refund, as "the products are fresh." Soy sauce was served with the rolls in a disposable plastic sauce pan, which is generally a laugh. The toilets are very dirty, there are not even paper towels to wipe your hands. The cocktails that did exist were also completely tasteless. In general, I haven't eaten or drunk that much in a long time, I definitely don't recommend it.

Somehow, in the middle of the night, another hotel guest entered the room, said that he had mistaken the number and ran away. We didn't understand how it happened. But I immediately thought that someone could have entered the room without any problems when I wasn't there and taken anything. The desire to return there again did not appear after the visit.

But there are questions about the restaurant , the service is disgusting, there is no service, there are few staff, we had to go to the bar ourselves to pick up our orders. We asked the waiter at the beginning of the evening to bring pizza to take away for the closing of the establishment, I asked him several times if he had forgotten about the order, of course he assured me that no, he remembers everything, everything will be fine. But no , we were left without pizza , he forgot 🤦🏻♀️ The bar opens at 10:00 in the morning, as a result, we were able to place an order only at 10:40, since there was no bartender, and he only had the keys to the refrigerators. I would like the service to match the prices of this institution.

We stayed with my husband for two days at this hotel. 8000 per day luxury room, while there is no refrigerator, kettle, water bottles, one bathrobe for two. The room is not clean, the sand is in the bathroom, the sink is dirty. They put up a sign to get out, but they didn't even wipe the floors. They just put a sign in the room. There is no administrator, only teenagers work, there is no service. The service in the "restaurant" is terribly slow. Check-out is before 12:00, at the same time, they entered our room at 11 o'clock without knocking. How is that even possible? You have guests in the room, you come in without knocking. A beautiful website absolutely does not correspond to reality. On the plus side: the food is delicious, that's it.

Some children are working, at best they are 18 years old, they have zero competence, they do not know what to do when the coffee machine does not turn off. Question: how do they work with visitors? We made a mess, I can't call it anything else, instant coffee with milk. We haven't drunk this kind of stuff for 500 rubles yet.
