We were attracted by these inserts on each table and on the delivery of dishes. Approaching the soup, they asked the girl: "a set lunch." We took the salad on our own, and the girl gave us the soup, according to this promotional material. However, when it came to our turn for hot dishes, the answer was that there were no potatoes, they could not be replaced. The girl at the cash register said that there was no complex at all. For my part, I asked to remove this material from the promotion, due to inconsistencies in the terms. There would be no questions provided that we were told about the absence of a comprehensive lunch immediately at the first stage, and not after 20 minutes (in total) of the stay. Time is wasted, lunch is not received. Only extremely negative emotions remained.

I have never seen such dead waiters and such a low level of service anywhere, although I am constantly on business trips in Russia and Belarus. A huge hall without waiters and an administrator. To find them, you need to be persistent and have some skills in finding missing people. If you don't pick up the menu on the counter yourself, no one will bring it to you. Then you can sit for another 15-20 minutes and never see the staff. The indifference towards visitors is complete. And this is not a one-time case, it's almost every day. I didn't find any feedback on the company's website, so I'm writing to the feedback. URGENTLY CHANGE THE MANAGER AND ADMINISTRATORS.

The food is normal, it was really bad a couple of times, the service is pleasant, although I don't wait, but I take it in a kind of canteen.BUT the most important and unpleasant reason for me not to go there is cigarette smoke. I do not know where the leadership and the Ministry of Emergency Situations are looking, but if someone smokes, then everyone can hear, I generally doubt the hoods above these special tables, especially since under the new law you can not smoke at all, and taking into account the constantly staying children, there should be nothing at all.
