We stayed at the Amsterdam Hotel in April 2025. The hotel is new and clean, with stained glass windows on the floors and in the halls. We lived in a standard room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. The view is very beautiful of the mountains, the city, the palm trees. The room is very clean, the furniture is all new, very cozy. The girl at the reception is very polite, kind, responsive, speaks Russian very well. Breakfast takes place outside next to the swimming pool among orange flowering trees. There were fruits for breakfast, in April they gave strawberries, vegetables, herbs, cheese of different varieties, olives, sausage, omelets are different every day, there are puff pastry dishes with spinach, cottage cheese, samsa, croutons. All dishes are prepared from the heart. The hotel is located on the second line, 5 minutes from the sea. Near the port, parks, embankment.

A great hotel for your money. Everything is not particularly new, but it is clean and nice, and cleaning is done regularly. Polite staff. 10 min walk to the sea. The breakfasts are ordinary, but everything you need is there, you're quite full. In general, if you are not going to spend most of your time at the hotel and spend a minimum on it, then it's a great option, I advise you, we have only positive impressions.

We had a rest at the Amsterdam Hotel in October, a very pleasant place!
The street where it is located is very quiet.
Convenient location, close to the sea, close to the pedestrian area, close to bus stops, if someone wants to travel by bus!
We lived on the 3rd floor, the room was small, with a balcony, then we spent another night in the basement, it seemed to me that there was a very recent renovation, more modern decoration, but cheaper, if the view from the window or the presence of a balcony is not important, then it is quite possible to choose, comfortable, cozy.

Breakfast is a buffet, vegetables, fruits, herbs, delicious simits and bureks. You won't stay hungry!
And what delicious melons there are!
And Kemer has the warmest sea!

An excellent guest hotel in Kemer,there are rooms of various sizes,with and without a kitchen,there are dishes,tiles with a gas cylinder,all kitchen utensils,while breakfast is served,completely normal,cooked at home,the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the beach and the promenade,the pool was not used because it is not heated in November, beach towels are provided for swimming in the sea, I liked everything, Kemer is my love.

A very nice hotel. The price-quality ratio is perfect. The staff does not change. There is no turnover. The young guys are working well. They are always friendly and will help with questions. Cleanliness of the territory. The rooms are well cleaned. Always fresh linen. A pleasant homely atmosphere. Some athletes and tourists from different countries often stop by.
Good breakfasts. There are hot dishes, fruits, vegetables, cheese, etc. Delicious tea and water. Coffee and cocoa from the vending machine.

We really liked the hotel! This is not the first time we have stayed there, but we are always surprised by the new rooms and their comfort! I especially liked the room with a small kitchen (especially if it's for longer than a week). I also really enjoyed the breakfasts, there are always different hot dishes and delicious cheeses and various fruits! And of course, the location of the hotel is good, and it's close to the sea and the main streets too, but there's no noise! I would like to thank Jamila once again for her help in all matters!!!!

Among the advantages - friendly staff (guys at the reception, cleaners), delicious breakfast and location (10 minutes walk to the public beach, 15 minutes to the supermarket Migros)
The room was disappointing. It's small, you can't turn around together, everything is shabby, there are spots on the walls, holes in the floor. There is absolutely nowhere to dry things: no dryer, no rope, no window to open, because it does not go outside, but into some kind of utility room (and they specifically took a room above ground level). As a result, things did not dry out, I had to go to the beach in a wet and otherwise swimsuit and wipe myself with a cold wet towel ((But worst of all, mold in the bathroom (see photo). I am allergic to it, so I chose the hotel very carefully based on reviews, and I am surprised that none of the previous guests wrote about it. I had to throw a Zodiac all over my vacation and walk with a stuffy nose.
There were also questions about cleanliness. It seems to be cleaning with a change of linen every two days, but as we had marmalade from previous tenants on the floor in the corner, it lay all 8 days. The walls in the bathroom are stained with something brown. We took a studio room, so before our arrival, they didn't even change the sponge for the dishes (see photo) - this is generally the height of unhygienic.
In general, you can look at the attached photos yourself and make sure that the way the owners represent the hotel is the reality of 10 years ago. Since then, everything has gone limp, covered with fungus and stains. The photo with the trash can is a view from the window.
After I left a review on the website where I booked, employees began to write to me in a personal account and ask me to raise the rating. Be careful, look for photos not only of the common areas, but also of the interiors of the rooms.

Pleasant and helpful staff with a sense of humor and conversational Russian.
Since mid-July, a chef has appeared - you can order lunch or dinner.
Wi-Fi throughout the territory is good
The rooms are clean, ordinary, everything you need is there
The pool is small, 5 sun beds, but there is always a place to relax and read a book in peace (by the way, they are also available in different languages at the reception)
Breakfast is everything you need from a Turkish breakfast.

Our favorite hotel. We've been there twice, I hope we'll come back. The nicest staff, everyone speaks Russian. Delicious breakfasts, absolute cleanliness. 5-7 minutes to the sea. The sea is perfect here. All the most interesting places are nearby, the main streets are 5 minutes away. A separate hello to the kitty!

In general, a good place and the location from the sea and the center of Kemer is convenient. I'm not picky, I love LUX, but I prefer purity to luxury.
I would rate the hotel at 4 if I were immediately settled in a room on the 2nd floor, but I take one star for settling first in a closet behind the kitchen, where there were strange sewer sounds and smells, the thunder of dishes from 7 in the morning, the smell of food, lack of light and a view into the kitchen. Loud conversations of the staff, swearing.

Very nice, clean, not a big hotel in Kemer. It is located in the city center, very convenient location relative to the sea and central streets with cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance, 2-3 minutes.The rooms are very comfortable, there is everything necessary for a stay, the staff carries out regular cleaning, change of bed linen and towels, which is very pleasing. Attention - there is regular water and hot water, even late at night you can take a normal shower, which is a big problem for small hotels (very frequent interruptions). The territory of the hotel is not large, but very cozy, there are trees nearby, which is very pleasant to see when you sit on the balcony). Separately, I would like to mention Bogdan's employee at the reception and the hotel Manager, unfortunately I did not find out his name, VERY ATTENTIVE GUYS, fulfill any request of the residents, which is very pleasant. The hotel and staff left very good impressions of themselves and really want to come back again! Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel!!!

we are not coming to this hotel for the first time., we like everything., the bed is clean,the water is always hot, the breakfast buffet is good, you certainly will not stay hungry.
The pool is not chlorine-free, the sunbeds were updated this year.

Very nice staff! They helped us in everything))
There were problems with the last hotel - we arrived in Amsterdam in the middle of the night, the guys quickly helped us check in, and when necessary, they helped us order a taxi.
