Honestly, after reading the reviews, I already wanted to cancel my vacation and stay at home! But we decided to take a chance, which I am very happy about!! We are here now. The hotel is great! The room completely matches the photo! We have a two-room room in the first building, side sea view. Two toilets and two showers are a bonus. Apparently, in the days of the boarding house, these were two separate rooms, now they have been combined, for families with children - a godsend! The room was cleaned from the first day of arrival, linen and towels were changed, water and shower accessories were brought every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, they gave the clothes to the laundry, brought everything clean, ironed and smelling good. The food is varied and delicious, but remember, you are not in Turkey, do not expect any frills! For breakfast, there are always porridge, omelette, pancakes, casserole, cheesecakes, sour cream, sausage, sausages, salads, fruits, vegetables, chocolate balls for children, milk, kefir; for lunch, two types of soup, 2-3 types of meat, side dishes, vegetables, salads, snacks; for dinner, delicious fish, homemade red wine and white, by the way, is quite decent, there are always pastries and fruits. The coffee machine wasn't working very well, we were drinking coffee in the lobby or somewhere nearby. The territory is large and well maintained. The cleanest pool, the water is warm, with an air temperature of +14 and a pool temperature of +27, swimming with children is more than comfortable! There is a large market in front of the hotel, there are real goods from Turkey with good quality and prices much lower than ours. There is a shopping center nearby, and there is also a store with goods from Europe, Turkey, and Japan, which you won't find in Russia. There are still disadvantages: baby bathrobes)) well, or for miniature guests, so if your size is 50+, take a bathrobe with you so that you can comfortably walk to the pool. But there are excellent changing rooms with hot water showers near the pool, so we weren't too upset by the lack of bathrobes! There are still a lot of mosquitoes, but you can get a fumigator for free at the reception. I've read about rotovirus, but either there aren't enough people, or wash your hands more often, comrades, and everything will be fine! Autumn and Abkhazia are made for each other - few people, the season of tangerines, persimmons and feijoa, prices are low. Therefore, thank you for your rest and prosperity to your business!

On the downside, the restaurants and bars in the hotel have a very boring and expensive selection. And very uncomfortable umbrellas on the beach). We stayed at the hotel from 07/14/2025 for almost 2 weeks. The territory of the hotel is small, but it has its own garden park, with various plants, very well maintained and beautiful. There are also many benches, swings, and several gazebos where you can relax. Near the beach, but there are showers and a toilet on site. There is a large clean pool with warm water, a few deck chairs with mattresses and large areas, there are also showers and changing rooms. The hotel itself has a lobby bar with drinks, a pharmacy (open from 9), a visiting doctor, a 24-hour nurse (there is a demand for them, since many people suffer from rotovirus), ivs, injections. The reception is spacious, with sofas and armchairs. There is an ATM at the entrance and a woman who sells tickets for excursions and various events is sitting. Breakfast is from 8 to 10, lunch is from 13 to 15, dinner is from 18 to 20. The dining room is spacious, there were always enough places, there were a lot of tables. There is a nice clean toilet at the entrance. The menu is very monotonous, almost the same every day, but there is plenty to choose from, the food is simple, the pastries are all purchased, for lunch there was white and red wine with cheese, apricots, nectarines, apples, plums, sometimes kiwis and grapefruits. In the end, the choice is small, many dishes are not served. The nuggets and fries were sorted out instantly. Room cleaning is optional every day, 2 0.5 bottles of water are added, garbage is thrown out, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. The room has a TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, hairdryer, safe, clothes dryer, 2 blue beach towels, and 2 sets of white towels. There is a table and 2 chairs on the balcony for relaxing. The toilet and shower were never washed during the 2 weeks of rest. We lived in an improved standard, the room is very spacious, with a side view of the sea, very beautiful. The hotel also has a good concert hall where local dance ensembles and touring artists perform. They even bring vacationers from other hotels. They often show movies there in the evenings, but we went twice and always showed the wrong thing in the ads. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the beach!!! The beach is large, I had to buy aquasocks, otherwise it is very painful to enter and leave the sea. If the administration is going to read me, pay attention to this. The beach is dirty, there are a lot of cigarette butts, all kinds of garbage, even broken glass. It is necessary to put bins, identify smoking areas, clean more often, and sweep every day. Deck chairs and umbrellas are poorly placed in the morning, you have to carry them yourself, but they are cleaned quickly in the evening. Remove the boulders with bent metal fittings from the seashore, it is very unsafe. In general, everything is fine, except for the monotonous food and the BEACH. And if it weren't for the rotovirus, my daughter would be very ill with fever and other related symptoms. There were even frequent queues for nurses and doctors in the morning.
