We stayed at this hotel in September 2025.The hotel is relatively new.Modern plumbing and good condition of the rooms. New bed linen and towels. Cleaning every day. The room has a TV but no Russian channels, a kettle, a hairdryer, bathrobes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers and flip-flops. The price includes two cans of Cola and juice. The buildings are diverse and very tasty. The service is excellent. It's a minute to the sea. The beach is cleaned every morning. The guests are mostly locals or Chinese. There is a swimming pool with a small slide. In general, everything is fine.

The hotel is modern and relatively new, small, cozy, clean. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is thought out to the smallest detail, right down to the uniforms of the staff and the amenities in the rooms (bathrobes, slippers made of natural fabrics, beach bag, umbrella), everything is beautifully branded and of high quality. Cleaning is carried out daily, always clean towels, replenished mini-bar, large rooms, comfortable mattress and pillows. I will mark the breakfasts separately, everything is very well chosen, for every taste and for every guest. An extensive buffet. In general, I am satisfied with the hotel. Yes, the location is far from the center. In Jomtien (as the retirement district is also called), but this is a plus: peace and quiet. There is everything nearby: pharmacy, currency exchange, massage parlors, cafes and restaurants, 7 eleven and big C store. A golf cart (electric car) runs from the hotel to the intersection for hotel guests

A nice, relatively new hotel. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious. The rooms are cleaned well, the mini bar is replenished daily for free. A very varied breakfast menu. A cozy private beach with a bar, clear sea, sun beds and umbrellas for free. The hotel is separated from the beach by a small river, which is home to monitor lizards. The hotel is located far from the center of Pattaya, you will have to take a taxi or Tuk Tuk if necessary. It is quite deserted around the hotel (for us it was a plus), but there are cafes, shops, massage parlors within walking distance, as well as a Gluttonous Row where you can taste local delicacies :)
