I've been there twice.
1. After NG, the car had to be washed before, I also wanted to treat the body, from salt. We recommended hard wax, doraga-bagata, I gave about 40 rubles for the whole complex. The wax remained in drops somewhere, it was not dried, the trunk and the rubber bands of the doors froze on the street, then had to be warmed separately.
2. Spring. I came for a cosmetic sink, to knock down the dust and dry it, to a minimum. They offered me an automatic car wash, a "10 program". When paying (after washing), they requested 20p. I looked at the price list, it described a lot of things (which I didn't need initially), including washing the bottom. I clearly remember that she wasn't there. I'm asking a question. Next is the dialogue.
Operator: so she doesn't work for us.
Me: but do you charge money for it?
A: so I don't make the programs.
Me: so it's included in the price and it doesn't work? Then why do you charge money for it?
A: well, if it's so important to you...then I will return these two rubles to you.
Think for yourself. I definitely won't go there with such employees anymore.

I visited this car wash more than once, I can say I was a regular customer. BUT today's situation has simply discouraged the desire to visit this car wash. Arriving at the first box, which was closed, the girl at the reception through the window (without approaching the car) waved that she had to wait a little, I regarded it as 10 minutes. Half an hour later, after the second one had already entered the next box! the car, I decided to go out and clarify when the first box would open, pointing to the already long wait, the girl did not even apologize, said that another 5 minutes. After 10 minutes, I left without washing. The conclusion is the disrespect of the administration / reception for the time of customers. You could have warned that the waiting time was long and offered to wash in the second box!!!

Хорошая мойка. Приводил в порядок арендный автомобиль. Как оказалось, можно торговаться чуть-чуть. Напоили чаем, машину помыли хорошо. Работают круглосуточно, что тоже полюс.

Пишу снова. Предыдущий отзыв почему-то удален. Был на мойке в начале марта. Предложили нанести защитное покрытие, заплатил более 40 руб. После окончания остались разводы, механическая грязь на хорм деталях. За ее удаление попросили 15 руб!!!! либо удалить самостоятельно)), что я и сделал. В общем отвратительное отношение, раньше была администратор девушка, на мой взгляд качество было гораздо лучше

Заезжал на Комплекс VIP за 45 рублей 05.09.2022. Убрали отлично. Машина была загрязнена сильно. Ребята вежливые сервис хороший. Место для ожидания есть. Даже кофеавтомат есть. Но возник один нюанс. Я конечно понимаю, что мой автомобиль далеко не новый, но зачем так пороть полировку пластика? обнаружил только утром на свету темные пятна неоднородной полировки, проплешины.
UPD: связался с мойкой. Все быстро исправили. Претензий не имею

Цены отличаются от сайта, что очень не понравилось так как в век интернета сначала смотришь на сайте цены и тогда едешь. А по приезду оказалось то что цены на много выше

Хорошо моют. Первичный смыв с бесконтактом, после чего повторно заливают авто шампунем и моют губкой. В итоге - трехфазная мойка, очень доволен. Мало на каких мойках моют автомобили правильно, по стандарту. Так же, персонал вежливый, всегда дадут совет. На Пасху (24 апреля) мыл там машину, отлично все сделали. Всем советую.

Была вчера, взяла полный комплекс мксимальный для легковой машины за 45 рублей. Недовольна категорически качеством. В темноте перед выездом плохо видно, остались грязь и пыль внутри салона на панелях и дверях, коврики плохо тоже отмыли. Буду искать другую мойку. Из плюсов - вежливость персонала

Дорого при очень среднем качестве. Ценник не просто завышен, он с потолка. Это тот случай , когда оставил15$ за 15 мин

Уже много лет езжу на эту мойку, ребята стараются, приятно что есть хорошая зона ожидания с кофе, журналами и ТВ.
