I was in this studio for the first time, I was waiting for a wonderful manicure, I got a complete disappointment.
1. The girl who worked with me did not work out at the specified time, given that we started earlier than the specified time and finished later.
2. The girl who provided me with a manicure service kept her finger, which the next day already began to fester.
3. The employee does not know about tact with the client, my request in the design was answered it would not be beautiful. Although it seemed to me that the client should be happy first of all, and if the master wants to improve the work, you can offer it more politely and tactfully.
4. The work done is ugly, the smile line on each finger is different, the master did not want to hear me.
5. During the calculation, they told me the amount was higher than it was indicated in the record, and they did not warn me about it. The master didn't even think about the fact that I might not have cash and she put me in an awkward position.
