According to the insurance, we were taken to the hospital in 10 minutes. A Russian-speaking girl immediately met and conducted an instant registration, immediately took her to Laura according to complaints. I was nervous, I didn't ask her name, I remember that she was a beautiful girl with long dark hair, she calmed and encouraged me. At that time, it was vital for me. The next day I met her in the hallway, she asked how the child was, she was aware of our analyses, explained to me the further development of the situation. I am very grateful.
Ent is a great doctor and a gorgeous woman Dr. Serap güralp.
I did an examination with sensors, immediately made the correct diagnosis, prescribed a good antibiotic of the third generation, cleaned my ears, and was taken to the emergency room by the handle. They took all the tests and took me to the ward. The ward is above all praise, huge, individual, has all the amenities: shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, bed with lifting mechanism, the room has an additional sofa and a dining area. 3 meals a day, two huge portions and really delicious food. Bottled water, tea/coffee/cream are brought. Perfect cleanliness in the room. I was pleasantly shocked by the attitude: every person from the staff smiled, calmed, encouraged, a lot of people came up several times a day, checked the temperature, did saturation, ivs. The nurse Hemsire gizem altıntaş very professionally put a catheter on a crying child in one second, smart girl. A pediatrician and our gorgeous ENT doctor visited us several times. The next day, the child's blood tests turned out to be bad, we were not discharged, no one is trying to get rid of the patient, on the contrary, they explained everything with a friendly attitude, left for further treatment. With such a professional and kind attitude towards patients, it's not scary to get sick at all.
The hospital also has a cafe, tea/coffee/sweets/cookies/water tube.
I was also surprised that no one kicked anyone out of the ward, my husband and I were alone, we left the ward at any time, took turns drinking coffee, going to the pharmacy, taking a walk - no one forbids, and it's very comfortable.

It just so happened that on vacation in Turkey, my child (1.5 g) became ill-the temperature was under 40, did not lose anything, could not swallow food normally. They did an unnecessary X-ray, they didn't give a conclusion about it, we don't even know what's on it. They put a drip on for 5 hours, then released it. According to the tests, they said it was some kind of virus, prescribed antibiotics and released. There is no transfer to the hotel under our insurance, but taxi drivers are standing next to the hospital. A 15-minute drive to the hotel, we were charged 700 lira with a check-in at the pharmacy.
I noticed that everyone who came here with children was on a drip, for tests and many for X-rays. Apparently, they're trying to shake money out of the insurance company like that. In general, a normal clinic. It is only unclear the purpose of an antibiotic for a viral infection

The crown was loose and needed to be fixed with permanent glue. Since there was nothing closer, we came here on the advice of the hotel staff. There is a Russian-speaking staff. For a doctor's consultation (it was not needed), they billed 215 euros, the work with the picture itself was 35 euros. The whole procedure took 15 minutes. They assured me that this was a normal price. They didn't do it very well, but it holds up, so 2 stars, not one, 1 week warranty.

The room has air conditioning, a sofa, a medical bed, a TV, a shower, a refrigerator, huge towels, a wardrobe, a bedside table for a suitcase, as well as all the necessary medical equipment. The nurse's girls ran in to take the temperature several times during the night, trying not to wake the baby. The food is very good. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and also bring a thermos and tea, coffee and cream after breakfast. Translators are like swallows outside the window, scurrying between patients, doctors and nurses. They also try to help in everything. Everything is perfectly clean. Cleaning in the wards and linen change is daily and very high quality. The work of the team is very professional and well-coordinated. I had a fight with the doctors and went to the state polyclinic . I believe her, because we need to go and adjust everyone. It's sad that even for that kind of money, the service is bad.
At the coffee shop, we bought tea with a chocolate bar, the girl first announced one cost, and then while we were standing, her supervisor came up and the price immediately changed downwards. It looks like she wanted to earn money . In Russia, I would solve these issues in a private clinic in an hour.

Хотел бы отметить отдельно это место, к сожалению бывает так, что на отдыхе приходится обращаться к врачам, в моём случае, во время игры в футбол, порвал связку икроножной мышцы, думал всё капец отпуску, так как это произошло на второй день приезда в отель... но специалисты медицинского центра, помогли. Центр чистый, персонал вежливый, некоторые сотрудники говорят на русском языке, достаточно всё удобно. Есть кулер с водой, кондиционеры везде, каталки, если понадобится. Специалисты по всем проблемам в центре есть.

По поводу предыдущих постов "найти вену"у детей не так уж и просто.Даже опытный мед.персонал не всегда может справиться с такой задачей.Мы попали в этот госпиталь по страховке,трансфер туда был бесплатный,обратно до отеля (10-15мин)добирались на такси за 55баксов!!!(обдиралово со стороны водителей,ну да Бог им судья)некогда было искать другие машины,ребенок был после капельниц,не до этого..У ребенка было отравление(отдыхали в отеле Грин Макс 5*)Помощь оказали качественную,взяли общий анализ крови(через неск часов был уже готов),прокапали и после осмотра доктора отпустили.Выписку правда не дали,это большой минус!!!(хитрые)сказали,что она только на компе...распечатали только анализ крови и выписали доп.назначения лекарств.Спасибо всему мед персоналу!В аптеке напротив этой клиники супер завышенные цены на всё!!!Как только они видят туриста цены у них взлетают раз в 5!если нужно покупать лекарства то это точно не туда.

Ужасное место, бизнес для вымогательства. Все начинается с анализа крови при поступлении, в вену попасть не могут даже взрослому человеку, три медсестры расковыряли всю руку жене, пришел доктор и смог взять кровь. Далее 5 кратные суммы за каждый шаг по сравнению с Москвой. Сообщили нам, что страховка не работает, и не выпускали из клиники пока не заплатишь столько сколько они хотят, при чем приехал таксист и они ему сказали нас не везти, он развернулся и уехал. В итоге ушли пешком, прислали счет в отель и нас не выпускали пока мы его не оплатили. По приезду в Москву спросил турков которые снимали у меня квартиру, они подтвердили, что это "место очень дорогое, но ни одного человека еще там не вылечили". Не рекомендую 100%!

Относительно опыта посещения с ребенком. Максимально рекомендую сторонница данной больницы. Негативный опыт во всех аспектах: крайне долго ждали приема, забор крови - попали с третьего раза ребенку в вену, причем при первом разе прям видно что мимо, но мед.сестра все равно начала тянуть шприц. Потом позвали другую мед.сестру, та вроде справилась со второй попытке. При мне ни одному ребенку не попали. Крики, визги, оры и тщетные попытки медсестер. Общение с доктором - только на осмотре, потом даже не подошёл и не рассказал как анализы, что за лечение, тупо свалил домой, красава))). Задавать вопросы сестрам и переводчикам бесполезно, ответ - ничего не знаю. Медицина в Турции "супер" развита, пофиг что - лечим капельницей. По результату обследования прописали то что и местный врач, сутки потрачены зря. Клиника ориентированна только на деньги, а может у них такая медицина днище. Рекомендую не тратить время на данную клинику. И да, за 6 часов нахождения там ни разу не покормили.

Приехали по страховке с малышом оба больные. Пришёл терапевт и педиатр, осмотрели предложили и мне и ребёнку капельницу и рецепт, анализ крови. На ребёнка взяла рецепт, а себе поставила капельницу там, детокс, выписали антибиотики обеим. Все заняло 5 часов. Из них 3 - капельница. Ф/раствор-parol + C. Обратно трансфер входил тоже! До отеля. Все предельно вежливы. Но приходилось напоминать о себе, «спят» на ходу. За 5 часов дали 2 бутылки воды и два обеда! В палате был телевизор, шкаф, тапочки, кресло, стол. Все для комфортного пребывания. Будьте здоровы! Не бойтесь по страховке ехать❤️

Все понравилось и врач и скорость приема ,оценку снизила за стоимость к врачу на узи не по страховке ,озвучили и оплатила 380$ ,а квитанцию выписали на 349$
К сожалению пришлось здесь побывать. Медицина на высоте. Всё быстро, чётко и грамотно.

Обратилась с острой зубной болью 3 января, сделали снимок и сказали что нужно удалять. Сначала отправили выпить антибиотик и пару часов подождать. Милая женщина и такая же ассистент, долго не мучали, вырвали быстро, наложили швы, дали стаканчик со льдом и отправили в отель. Я так боялась, что отойдёт анестезия и будет очень болеть десна, но нет! Даже обезболивающих пить не пришлось ни разу! Вырвали идеально, в России так ни разу не везло… огромное спасибо им! Так же спасибо переводчице Оксане! Все оперативно и по делу! Помимо меня, были в госпитале ещё трое русскоговорящих пациентов, всем оказывали помощь! А сегодня в России снимала швы, так хирург сказал, что все сделано идеально! Сказал, что еще с типом шва заморочились, а мне приятно было слышать это!
Попала с острой зубной болью и жутким отеком. Помощи не оказали никакой. Выдирать типа нельзя, сильная опухоль. Выписали антибиотики. Даже просто обезболивающие укол не сделали. Но 30 евро содрали. Причём деньги платишь заранее. Короче не обращайтесь. Проще в интернете посмотреть что и как.

Худшее место, куда можно поехать!
За неделю из отеля вызвали 3 раза скорую, в клинике слушали, по турецки улыбались и говорили «всьё хорошьё». В итоге забрали ребёнка прям из аэропорта в Москве с подозрением на пневмонию.
