On June 3, 2024, his wife broke her arm after a fall at the hotel and very quickly ended up in the hospital, Dr. Hassan literally collected the bones of the broken arm piece by piece. For the first time I had to use medical insurance on vacation. She was admitted to the hospital in the afternoon with a comminuted fracture of the collarbone (she was injured in the water park of the Crystal prestige elite hotel). She was assigned to a single room on the 3rd floor-very nice, shower and toilet in the room. The next day, an operation was performed. She was discharged a day after the operation. The seam was made neat inside, the collarbone was assembled with metal construction. Many thanks to the operating doctor Hasan Tahsin Doğrul, the anesthesiologist and all the charming nurses caring for patients in the department. Also, many thanks to the Russian-speaking administrator Lyudmila for her help in registration at admission to the clinic.

We had a vacation in Turkey. 09/15/2024 my son broke his collarbone with displacement, they brought us here in an ambulance. The doctor met us, after listening, they took us for an X-ray, after which he straightened the child's shoulders and put on a corset, since the surgeon was on the weekend (Sunday). On the same day, the surgeon was called to the hospital, where he urgently performed an operation to install a spoke! The operation was successful, where exactly one day later we were released back, and we safely caught the plane, as it was the penultimate day of arrival on vacation! Many thanks to this hospital and all the staff who helped us all these 24 hours.
