I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of this hospital, especially the doctor Rehim Bizhe. Malika's daughter was hospitalized with pneumonia. They got him back on his feet in three days. (continued treatment at the hotel) The staff is friendly, while they were lying in the waiting room at night, I looked at what kind of vacationers they don't have to work with. However, all staff are patient and respectful. Almost all the staff speaks Russian, and they used a Google translator if necessary.

For the first time I had to use medical insurance on vacation. She was admitted to the hospital in the afternoon with a comminuted fracture of the collarbone (she was injured in the water park of the Crystal prestige elite hotel). She was assigned to a single room on the 3rd floor-very nice, shower and toilet in the room. The next day, an operation was performed. She was discharged a day after the operation. The seam was made neat inside, the collarbone was assembled with metal construction. Many thanks to the operating doctor Hasan Tahsin Doğrul, the anesthesiologist and all the charming nurses caring for patients in the department. Also, many thanks to the Russian-speaking administrator Lyudmila for her help in registration at admission to the clinic.

On June 3, 2024, his wife broke her arm after a fall at the hotel and very quickly ended up in the hospital, Dr. Hassan literally collected the bones of the broken arm piece by piece.
