We lived for 2 weeks in December 2024. In a room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. Perhaps one of the cleanest hotels I've ever lived in. In summer, it's probably cool here at all, because the sun practically doesn't get into the room. The hosts are very friendly. We made concessions and made a discount when paying in cash. The windows isolate the sound well, even prayers from the mosque are almost inaudible. There are a lot of cafes and bars nearby, and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is no special parking, but there is always a place, we stood right at the entrance. The room has everything you need. Not new, but working. They asked for an iron at the reception, and they washed things downstairs in the basement. There are 4 washing machines and you can even use local powder. We stopped by on Monday, and on Friday more guests began to arrive, and it became clear that there was a strong audibility through the walls. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms! That's why there was no smell of tobacco or cats. Although we had our own cat, they allowed us to take him to the room without any problems

We had a spacious apartment. The room is pretty clean. The kitchen had everything you needed, but the frying pan, for example, was covered in scratches, so we bought a new one. very close to the beach, no more than 5 minutes on foot. There are many cafes and a small park nearby. The neighborhood is more touristy, so the cafe is a little more expensive. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the bus stop.
One of the disadvantages is a very small toilet- shower. The shower is just a watering can and a drain in the floor, tolerable, but unusual and uncomfortable.
One day, a group of small cockroaches appeared in the shower. Apparently they were poisoned not so long ago, but the young ones hatched

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk to the sea and free public beach and 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. There are cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and a market around, a large supermarket is 7 minutes away by any bus (Migros M5), a 400 bus runs to the airport (terminal 1 and terminal 2) every 2 hours. The apartment hotel itself is clean, the air conditioning is powerful, the kitchen is well equipped, it is convenient to cook. There are small disadvantages, but considering the cost of living, you can turn a blind eye to them. Any problems can be solved at the reception. Do not expect the staff to speak Russian, only English or German. Cleaning is on request, "swans" will not be stacked for you. On the 1st floor there is a room with a patio - a cat comes to visit herself, cook food and milk, she is so used to it)). In response, she guards your room, no, not from thieves, of course, just from other cats.

The second time we stayed at the hotel, and this time the impression was so spoiled that we regretted booking for a few days. The first day we were on the 3rd floor, but the stairs are steep and we were afraid that the children would fly one day, plus the stroller is far away on the first floor. They offered to move to the 1st floor and we agreed (last year we lived on the 1st floor and everything was fine), but here.. they gave me a room in which it was darker than in the basement (we were visiting another hotel in the basement and it was really brighter there). And this darkness, even on a clear day, ruined all the impressions, we were worried for 5 days, we would rather move. (We looked at the room on a rainy day and did not expect it to be as dark on clear days.) We were asked about the exchange several times, and we would have had less room, but not so much (. But there was a feeling that they were glad that they had saved this number. The rooms were vacated before our eyes and were free, but we were told that everything was packed. Never set foot in this hotel again.

Anatolians homes apart (not spa). A kind of temporary apartment for a reasonable fee: convenient, quiet, close to the beach, close to the bus stop (to get to Migros 5 shopping center, Antalya Market, old town and even to the airport). For me, this is the best rest, calm and unobtrusive, my own master, where you want to sunbathe / swim, where you want to eat (at home or in a restaurant / cafe), where you want to go / go.

Maybe I was just unlucky with the number! Check in when checking in.
Because according to reviews and photos, I see that I lived in the same room, but it deteriorated. In general, something was running, apparently, and they did not put it in order! It was not clear. Everything in the photo, mold, blackness. And the location is good. Oh yes, the audibility certainly leaves much to be desired.

Terrible hotel. The whole three days stank of sewage. The unbearable smell! When asked to change our room, we were given an air freshener, with the words "there are no other rooms." The bathroom is uncomfortable, the shower is built into the toilet. There is no elevator. The Internet is not working well. The price is too high.

The Internet is not very stable, the air conditioner did not work stably (it works for half an hour, then the air just blows and does not cool) rebooting sometimes solved. The owner is friendly. The rooms have little equipped kitchens, no stove. It's a long way to the sea, it's hard to walk in the heat.

The upper floors warm up very much during the day, and the air conditioners work poorly. I can't imagine how to live on the sunny side. Good Internet, friendly host, payment for accommodation at the terminal. There is not enough swimming pool. There is a shared washing machine, can be used at any time, in the backyard.

In general, it's fine, but the room turned out to be a very small and uncomfortable stove, only my grandmother has one at the cottage, and this is a room for three adults and two children!! There were big problems with cooking. The air conditioner didn't work well.
