They came to the restaurant for lunch, were not allowed into the hall, and were told to wait in the lobby, ostensibly so that they could clear the tables after the group. We waited for 20 minutes, and even managed to choose dishes from the menu on Instagram. As a result, they came up to us and said that all the tables were occupied, they would not be able to receive us. As you can see in the photo, there are a lot of empty tables in the main hall. It's a real mockery to turn away hungry guests who have waited patiently for so long, and did not immediately leave for another more worthwhile institution, where they treat guests with respect. Besides us, a family with two children who were also waiting for a table had to leave.
