Overall, everything is fine.I put 4 for not returning things left in the room.Since we hadn't left yet, but the room had been checked in and the luggage was at the reception.Since the flight was in the evening, we checked in the room and went for a walk in the city.They couldn't get through on the road to warn them they weren't answering their phones.I wrote an email and still haven't been answered, the first manager to contact you was free-I've been waiting for a month already!!
