Nice hotel! Firstly: a great big sandy beach, the hotel is located far from major cities, a great place to relax together, nature, beach, mountains. Secondly: The hotel itself is very neat and well maintained (more like a museum or a modern art space), as well as the hotel rooms are in good condition, there is a large swimming pool and a water slide (I was lucky). There are excellent tennis courts (free of charge), table tennis (free of charge), went to the hammam (took a Hammam complex, massage) is not expensive. The food was ordinary and nothing like that, the hotel was not very full in May, which explains the monotony of the food. Alcohol is something local, something imported, the bartenders were adequate and always ready to help, it seemed sincere))) The animation was so-so, but I repeat it was out of season, I think it was sluggish, but there was karaoke, a disco after 23:00. Renting a scooter is a cool thing for $ 20 (day). We toured all the local attractions, restaurants, bars, and found cool wild beaches not far from the hotel. Overall, a great budget vacation!!! The beach is great. The food is delicious, but the choice is small. My husband and I had enough. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, a little tired. They cleaned well. The territory is small, but well maintained - most of it is occupied by a swimming pool, it was warm in May. The water park has three slides, but there are plenty of them to roll over. The staff is very friendly - absolutely everything. Mamet, Kadyr, Zhanna - special thanks. Will we come back? Absolutely!!! This was our first time, and 30 percent of the visitors had been there more than once - this is definitely an indicator.

I stopped by the hotel at the opening of the season. The reception is warm and welcoming. As the first guest, the room was provided even better than it was booked. It was very comfortable from the appearance of the hotel, and from the people around, and from the delicious, varied food. The bar came in too. There were few guests at the time of my stay, and the hotel itself is secluded, which many will appreciate. These are my overall impressions of my vacation here. Now there are a few little things that should be considered when choosing a hotel. It takes 3 hours to drive from the airport. It's a long time, but the road is beautiful. I would like a 5-star hotel to have such small things as toothpaste, toothbrush, washcloth; normal shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, and not some kind of detergent in one bottle. There was a shower cap, hand soap, cotton swabs and discs, and toilet paper in the room. There is no smell of dampness in the hotel itself, but the proximity to the sea and the rains still do their nasty job - metal objects are susceptible to rust, on the first day they strongly catch the eye, then they are not noticed. I think that it is possible to replace something with objects made of other materials, it would definitely be more aesthetically pleasing. Unusual design of the doors to the toilet and shower. More precisely, one door for two rooms. You can lock yourself either in the toilet or in the shower. It's fine for one person, but it will be uncomfortable for several residents. There are a lot of mosquitoes from time to time, but the hotel regularly treats them. Of the advantages: A great bed with a good mattress, my back was satisfied)) It's a great bath. Delicious food Peace and comfort Excellent hammam, sauna, swimming pool, massage. And one last thing. Currently, on May 25, we are staying at this hotel. There is something to compare it with, we were in different hotels in Turkey. As they wrote in the reviews, you can fall in love with the beach and the sea in this hotel: sand, clear water, waves - this is the most beautiful place in Turkey. The road from the airport is not close, but along the way there are gorgeous mountains, tunnels and serpentines. Upon arrival, we were immediately checked in. The rooms are very spacious, not usual at first, but after a couple of days we appreciated the comfort and all the advantages of the room. The room is cleaned every day and it is very pleasant. The food is decent, you won't stay hungry (fish, meat, vegetables) The mosquitoes surprised me, there aren't many of them, but they are in the evening. The animation is weak, but it's perfect for a relaxing holiday. There are children's water slides, a playground and a room. The beautiful nature and atmosphere negates all the disadvantages that exist in a small amount. We definitely recommend it and we will come back next time.

We stayed at the hotel from 10/25/24 to 11/11/24. We were the last tourists to leave the hotel, already from a deserted hotel (except for the reception and security guards). The first few days, the food was not bad (standard Turkish hotel food). Three days before departure, the quantity and quality of food began to decrease and deteriorate rapidly. On the last day, they even poured whiskey diluted with water in the bar (just arrogance). The purpose of coming to this hotel is the proximity to the local ancient cities (Mira, Limira, Kekova, Patara and Letoon). That's why we were there in the morning and evening. We left by car in the afternoon (we took it at the hotel). The hotel is located on a wasteland by the sea. And there's not much to do for non-independent tourists: only if there's food, alcohol, and the sea with a pool. Rooms: very good audibility between rooms (you can hear how the water is washed off and talking), there is already a door partition in other reviews (they might not have put it at all)))), dogs bark at night (you can't sleep with the doors open on the balcony), mosquitoes in the evening (if you opened the door to the balcony). Territory: Good, large enough. The disadvantage is, again, yard dogs walking freely on the territory of the hotel. I followed the kids to the playground, so a pack of 4 dogs attacked me from around the corner). Everything was cleaned, it was clean. The alcohol is good, there is no such variety with food as you expect from ultra all inclusive, but I understood this in advance. It was a fish day and a meat day, it was delicious! About queues is separate. We arrived when the hotel was 60% full, it was cool and generally super! But after 4 days, the hotel became overcrowded up to 110%🥹 and then the house began, there was not enough food / dishes / drinks for everyone and everyone was trying to grab their piece like wild ones, deck chairs were occupied and left in the morning (my opinion about these strange people is special). As a result, the second half was tense. I especially want to mention Tariq and the ice cream girl in the restaurant, they were wonderful, kind, always uplifting and made our vacation wonderful. There is something of a disco at night, you can go to the beach at night as well. There are a lot of dogs and cats, but I get high, I love animals! Overall, everything was great. I've read negative reviews from the series that populate the "staff cabins" of the worst category. Therefore, I asked our manager from the travel agency in advance what kind of room we have, and if there might be nuances with the check-in. We booked a standard side sea view or superior large view room with a side sea view in the main building and settled us there. There were no problems with the check-in. There is always a Russian-speaking manager at the reception. A man took us to the room, showed us where everything was, everything was very nice and sincere. There are also nice receptionists at the reception, very friendly and ready to help. 2) The territory of the hotel is compact, everything is nearby, there is a place to walk, lots of greenery, olive trees, 1 minute to the sea) The hotel itself is very stylish, with an unusual layout in the form of a square, and inside the garden, everything is green, with beautiful lilac bushes, picturesque :) The only thing I didn't really like was the There is a pack of dogs running around the territory, one of which is simply gigantic: a cross between a Great Dane and someone else. And when this pack starts chasing other "random" dogs and cats, it's not the most pleasant sight. It happens in a restaurant on the street, they run among the tables, bark loudly, some children get scared. I went to the beach in the morning to borrow a sunbed and one of the dogs ran up to me and decided to either play with my towel or something else: she grabbed the towel and started pulling it out. Other dogs from the pack joined in immediately and started tugging at my towel. In general, I was scared and let go of the towel, there were no people nearby and it became, to put it mildly, not very pleasant. The towel was torn. A little further along the beach, there are local vacationers who come to the beach by car with families from the nearest city, but still, in general, there is a feeling that there are not many people. It's spacious. Beautiful water. Clear sea (in comparison with other resorts. You can take a long walk along the coast. 4) Food. The food in the hotel is no frills. A small selection of meat. But in general it is quite diverse. There are 10 types of olives alone. Lots of different greenery. You won't stay hungry. There are a lot of people in the dining room, if you arrive 20-30 minutes after opening, there may be nuances with the choice of a table. The staff runs, works, but there are a lot of vacationers... There were no poisoning cases during the rest period. It's all good. 5) The animation is designed for Polish children, the animators are Poles. We spent all day at the beach, so we never sent our children to a kids' club, but the vacationers who stayed at the hotel said it was more interesting and intense before. In the evenings, children's discos, karaoke. Russian Russian singer at the hotel, sang in both Russian and English. In general, everything is very friendly (I mean, in the current reality, I did not feel discriminated against regarding our nationality). 6) Excellent spa center! The sea is warm. If you want, there is sand, not deep for children, convenient access, beautiful sunsets, sun beds. We came - there was always a lot of space, sometimes we were by the water, sometimes farther away under a canopy. If you want, eat pebbles, leave the hotel, walk literally 7 minutes and look at the local vacationers, how they and their families enjoy life with their food. Sometimes they talked to us, it's interesting. Where the Pebbles are, the water is incredibly clear. On the last day, I managed to see a turtle right next to me. We can say that we swam together. The fish were also swimming nearby, full of harmony and beauty. So you won't regret taking a diving mask with you. Kids can play with pebbles and sand. It's great to walk along the embankment further. 2. The beauty of nature. When we went to the beach for the first time, we were very surprised by a certain asceticism. But then we realized the trick of the hotel, there is a lot of real nature here. Mountains, greenery. When you go to the beach with pebbles, the path itself is also amazing. It was really beautiful for us every time) 3. Food. We are notable chefs ourselves, but it was delicious. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. If you want, they will say it in Russian, if you want, in English. Everyone helps, they will solve the issues quickly. Dinners and lunches are very diverse. Grill: chicken, meat, offal, rice, pasta, desserts, coffee, cool ice cream. and most importantly: a lot of vegetables, herbs, fruits for any choice. The tortillas are delicious with meat, nutella (a la with chocolate), I also took Turkish coffee at the pastry shop and ice coffee at the bar: class. 4. The room is spacious enough, we cleaned it normally for Turkey, changed towels, the balcony was overlooking the sea, but without the noise from the pool and disco music. We slept peacefully. People really work all the time, do something, clean up.. the area is clean, although people do everything to make it dirty) 5. We went on three excursions: according to the historical part, the yacht tour to the "Turkish Maldives", transfer towards kas. I liked it too. Yes, it's hot. Especially almost baked in the ruins) but after a while we read at home about the history of these places again, looked at the photos and were glad that we touched such places. In general, Demre's story is cool. If you go further than the sandy beach, then there is also a transition to a public beach. And if you go even further, about 2 km in total, then there are remains of an ancient city. You can see the picturesque beauty on foot. On the yacht, too, the nature is like this, the Turkish Maldives themselves did not directly conquer us, but the trip is cool, there are many incredible combinations of mountains, sea, gorges, you will not see this just walking. + on the yacht, the guys created an atmosphere, it was fun, music. Minus only a fairly long road (about 2 hours from the hotel) to the yacht's location. But it's still cool🫠kas - there are no words at all, my favorite Turkish city. We were accompanied by a girl Anastasia from fun&sun: super sociable, responsive. We were from the same excursion on Kaputash beach, the beach has been paid since July 2024. 35 liras per nose, children under 7 years old for free. There were a lot of people, the waves were strong, the kids occasionally broke something for themselves:(but you just have to be careful, the water is beautiful. Photos can be taken when you go down a long staircase in the heat)) but it will remain in the memory anyway.you can then take a bite at the bar, buy ice cream) eat corn) 6. It's great that there is a children's pool, our child is very fond of swimming in the kindergarten, and in the adult, and from the slides. Breakfasts were already significantly lifted up at the end) we did not have enough variety for them) and there were also delicious desserts for dinner, for lunch, and it would be more useful for breakfast) but you can always find something. 4. If you wanted tortillas, or some fried donuts (sorry, my PP), you stand in line. It's just for a long time, because people sometimes take 7-8 tortillas. This is an hour -1.5 waiting in the sun))) but what to do) you stand sometimes. 5. Over-salted meat is often found in the food itself, but it can be compensated with salad and side dishes. 6. And the sweet is just super fatty and sugary. Just eat one sugar) 7. It may seem to someone that there is not enough space for walking around the hotel itself, it was OK for us, but there is a place to be) 8. We drove from the airport to the hotel for about 3 hours, back 2.5 on a mini bass - I knew about it, so it didn't really upset me. The road is a picturesque serpentine. All these disadvantages did not affect our vacation in any way. Sabir from fun&sun helped a lot, he is always in touch. The hotel is great, we are very grateful to everyone for their contribution to our vacation.

Alcohol: cocktails were made as classic, and they could make something on request. I liked the beer and the wine. There were strong drinks, vacationers left happy)) The sea: a gorgeous sandy private beach. For 12 days, there were strong waves in two evenings, but still everyone swam, the rest of the time there was a clear calm sea. There are fish swimming along the bottom, and sometimes we met unusual fish with blue fins. The salinity level is higher, or so it seemed. In any case, they swam only with masks and glasses. There were small algae near the shore, but they did not interfere at all. There were no jellyfish or other living creatures. Rooms: Most of the rooms come with a sea view. The photos correspond to reality. They cleaned every day, they knocked very insistently, even if they hung up "do not disturb". The water was always hot, there were no interruptions with the light. Animation: We didn't have time to relax on the sun beds. The rest turned out to be active and sporty: morning exercises, darts, archery, water aerobics, beach volleyball, table tennis. There was also a lot of tennis, but we never got out to play it. For children: the children's room works 4 hours a day, children, even crumbs can be left, several animators, engaged with them, took away happy children with crafts and face makeup. What else? + Wi-Fi works even in the room, at a good speed. + In Demre, they pay in Turkish lira, you can exchange it at the bank, but they do not change it without a passport(!). They were changed at a jewelry store nearby, the commission is small. + Thanks to the staff: Special thanks to the animation team. Justina, Monica, Daniel, Tahmina. And I want to mention the best bartender Nirbek, restaurant employee Tarik and cleaner Gulai. They did their job professionally, quickly, and were always friendly and polite. There is a nuance that the shower room and toilet are next to each other and they have one common door, that is, if the toilet is closed, the shower is open and if the shower is closed, then the toilet is open. The only thing that crosses out and for which I point out few stars is that when checking in, you can face a very tough overbook (and note, only people from Russia) when they say that there are no places in the hotel and send you two kilometers from the hotel to a bungalow, and from there you will be taken to the hotel bring a transfer to the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or how some were placed in the basement rooms under the tennis court. We were given good rooms on the same day, as I called the tour operator's hotline through the reception desk's work phone. Other families (about 7-9 families) had to be content with what I described above for one or two days, but later, of course, they were provided with good rooms. It takes about 3.5 hours to get from Antalya to the hotel, and about 2.5 hours to get back.

The hotel is a solid 4-star hotel. We had a vacation in July 2024. It was built with a claim to 5 stars in oriental style, with natural wood furniture in the rooms, but they squeeze resources to the maximum with minimal investments to maintain the condition. The hotel is the only one on the coast and stands in a gorgeous bay with a wide coastline. There are always waves on the sea, the bottom is the purest sand. Sometimes it brings garbage from the sea, but in general it does not spoil the impression of the sea. The food is good, the alcohol is local, the cocktails are good, and the local tequila has been checked out. In addition to the main restaurant, gozleme is made on the lawn, and there is also a pastry shop with pastries, ice cream, and on some days they make Viennese waffles with fruits and chocolate paste, donuts. Outside the hotel, there is a long, well-equipped promenade where you can walk in the evening. The local population gathers there in the evenings for evening picnics - it 's colorful . There are many places of interest nearby (historical monuments), there is a place to go, for example, the city of Kash. In the morning, from the hotel beach, you can swim to turtle Bay on a banana (for a fee) and really feed and swim with Caretta turtles. Oh, this is an amazing place!!! Yes, it is far from the airport and there is no civilization outside the hotel. But you can always come up with something, get out. But rest in the hotel itself - 🔥😍! Friendly staff, delicious food, clean room. We arrived for the first race this year. There was no animation as such yet, but the animation guys still arranged a disco, karaoke, morning exercises, games for us in the evening. We tried our best (from the arsenal available at that time). There was no buffet in the dining room yet, as there were about 15 of us. They brought so many things, much more than we ordered. And then a couple of days later, when there were more vacationers, a buffet immediately appeared! It was very tasty and a great variety. There was a fish every day. Already when we left, we finished the beach bar, pizza and ice cream appeared. But despite the fact that we didn't get into the season itself and when everything would have appeared, I had an amazing time! The end of April - but the sun, the sea is quite warm, the pool with slides - what else is needed for happiness!

A great location for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city is the hotel on the very outskirts of the city. Just around the corner, behind Cape Kum, there is a beautiful 8-kilometer embankment for running enthusiasts. By the way, the sea is much calmer there. The ancient city of Mira, the Basilica of St. Nicholas and the ancient Lycian port are within walking distance. The only drawback is the long road from Antalya and especially the last 30 km along the serpentine near the sea.

As it turned out, almost all tourists from Russia are treated this way by hotels! The arrival date doesn't matter! I was also outraged by the shutdown of the air conditioners at the reception, people are suffering from the heat with young children while waiting for check-in, check-out or excursions! We stayed at the hotel for 12 nights together with a young man. In general, I liked everything, but there are some nuances. Positive: - the sea: incredibly beautiful, transparent, clean even during waves, is close, excellent beach; - good food, there is always something to eat during the day, very tasty gozleme is prepared by a woman in a gazebo on the street; - the alcohol is good, they can do what you prefer or there is a cocktail list (friendly, pleasant bartenders); - the pool is large, at the end of September the water was quite warm; - large room, comfortable, large bed, beautiful view from the window; - free Wi-Fi, which works great throughout the hotel; - local excursions are very beautiful and interesting; - Despite the audibility from the street, the neighbors in the neighboring rooms were not heard once. Minuses: - staff who do not speak Russian and English: when checking in, it was difficult to understand where to go and where everything is; in case of questions, I had to use an interpreter; it is difficult to resolve the situation due to the language barrier. However, a couple of times a Russian girl worked at the reception, who gave answers to the questions that arose. - as I understand it, the hotel does not value its reputation yet. During the rest, several unpleasant situations arose: Wi-Fi did not work for more than a day (not because of the hotel), but the staff could not help the situation in any way, but that's nothing, the most unpleasant was the fact that after cleaning the room, several sweets bought in the city center disappeared. How absurd the situation would not be, but the fact remains. When contacting the reception, they just shrugged their shoulders. Why and why a woman cleaning a room (and this is a separate minus) climbed into a box with baklava and treated herself to it remains a mystery. The reception also reacted very coldly to requests to clean the room after all. The day before departure, our room had not been cleaned for a couple of days, but at the next request to clean the room (and we had to go down every time from the 3rd floor to the 1st, because how to contact the reception by phone remained unclear), we were asked the question: why do you need towels? Once during the rest, the air conditioner in the room broke down, but it was repaired in a timely manner. - Cleaning. In general, the room was cleaned 8-9 times in 13 days. But the cleaning leaves much to be desired. They don't put new gels and shampoos, they may forget to put water on, slippers were changed 2-3 times during the rest (and it's undesirable to walk on the floor without slippers), they won't leave new tea either, pastel linen was most likely not changed once, rarely changed all the trash cans at once, plumbing was most likely not touched. Again, trying to talk and ask for something is very difficult: everyone speaks Turkish and sometimes they seem to pretend that they don't understand you. - The room is good, but the condition is 7/10 ... the door to the balcony opened hard, the air conditioner broke (I wrote earlier), the hair dryer did not work, the curtains were coming off. - Whether it's a serious minus or not, but you can't iron your own clothes for free at the hotel. They said there was no iron. Although, on the last days of rest, I saw an iron standing in the hallway. - Of course, the hotel is far away and with a huge desire it is difficult to go anywhere on an excursion (not counting the city of Demre itself and we visited the evening program on the Adrasan Sulu Ada boat), but the point is not so much the distance, but the fact that tour operators cannot recruit people and arrange a transfer. Of course, this is not a minus of the hotel, but a minus of the stay as well. - Animation was not so necessary for us, but even we understood perfectly well that it was not there. In the evening there were children's discos: always the same, then a fire show, or karaoke. But it all looked very "cringe". It is difficult to call a disco after for adults a disco. Once (when Wi-Fi was not working in the hotel), about 15 people gathered there, but as soon as the locals came, only Turkish music was playing. - There are a lot of dogs and cats on the territory, on the one hand they are cute and funny, on the other hand, dogs wander among the tables on the street in the evenings, they want attention and food, some big ones start barking at each other, someone can drink water from the pool, and someone poops in the sand by the beach. - All evening performances and disco can be clearly heard in the rooms. - I would like more water slides. In general, we knew the approximate cons and pros of the hotel and were convinced of them. Pleasant sea, large territory, friendly bartenders, local flavor make this place unique and incredible in its own way. If you finalize all the little things in it, then it will be a chic resort and most likely for completely different money. Therefore, we wish the hotel not to ignore the constant shortcomings and strive for the best! I would even like to go back there, but with a better service and fixed disadvantages! Thank you.

I chose this hotel visually, by nature and the beach and by location, a trip to Kash, Oludeniz, Fethiye was planned, it's a long way to go from the Alantalian coast. We are budget tourists, we do not rest in premium hotels, but there was shock and tears here. At 20 pm, there is no special food for dinner, from 19 there is a queue at the entrance to the restaurant, and then everyone stands in huge queues for the grill, because the grill is in fact the only normal meal of the day, by the way, it does not happen every day. The food is cooked once and no longer reported, from 20 they begin to clean everything. The sanitation is terrible, the bathrooms are dirty, the showers are broken and rusty, the dishes are all dirty, the tables are sticky, the furniture is badly battered. There is little food, and it is very mediocre, there can be one hot meal for lunch and that's it, fruits and vegetables are also of poor quality, alcohol is also the cheapest. The rooms are tired, uncomfortable for the family because of one partition in the toilet and shower, and the lack of a door to the bathroom itself. The hotel is like a large bungalow, there are no windows and doors except to the rooms, there are no air conditioners and all nature is with you in the hotel, from midges, rats to dogs and cats. The elevators are terrible, I don't always work. Beach towels are dirty and exactly the same as in the white room, i.e. they wash everything together and beach towels can be brought to the room, towels according to cards and time, there are not enough cards, so they can write a number on the card and give you only one for all towels. In May, a tourist drowned on the beach of the hotel, all due to the fact that there were no lifeguards on the beach, now they are sitting, resting, there is no sense from them. There are no paths on the beach, all the canopies are torn, dogs and cats everywhere, on the beach, in the restaurant by the pools, large dogs and by the way, they shit, and no one cleans up. For the rest of the smaller things, which are even in simple things like cleaning the room (we had black feet), mold, rust, water, minibar, waiters in general in uniform and clean uniform in general, cleaning plates and dishes in general on the territory of the hotel, this is not all, I'm not even saying, information about the temperature of the water, air, clean sun beds, clean pool, clean tiles by the pool, there is not even an amphitheater and nothing really takes place, no themed dinners or anything like that in general, there are no maps by appointment / for money either. The beach is naturally nice, but absolutely unkempt and not cleaned. I highly do not recommend the hotel, do not waste your money and time, go here far and without thinking, for this money you can choose a more decent hotel. We wanted to change the hotel, we made a request through a local guide and SHE offered us hotels in Kemer with an additional fee of 2300-2500 euros, of course we were not ready to pay this amount. Choose the right hotel right away.

Of the cons: not an easy transfer (about three hours, the last 20 km is a very beautiful serpentine), and the floor in the room was not washed very well (the rest was cleaned, towels were changed every day, the linen is snow-white).
