The place is ok, but room is small compare to how much you pay. And it was really hot. I choose a room with window not to suffocate but the window was tiny and with net for mosquito, so air could not be circulated. They could have managed it more properly. Overall place was clean and with some paintings 🖼.

if i could i would give no star rating at all. the bathroom so small. the staff scammed us by asking us to pay more for registration about 500rub while the registration supposed to be free plus they won’t stop until we pay. just because we are not fluent in speaking russian. bad staff and bad room. the room also smelly. they enter our room without permission just glad there’s nothing missing. i will not recommend this place to foreigners what a bad attitude. when we ask her to talk to our manager she just hang up on her.

3 star hotel with 3 rd class services and cooperation I will never want to go andron hotel and they also dont want to know about your problem that you are facing with hotel even no cooperation as you are a international guest for him
