Ставлю 1 звезду потому что турагентство не несет никакой ответственности за ошибку сотрудника. В августе 2025 мама купила тур на конец сентября в Китай на двоих в данном офисе. Менеджер перепутала цифру в месяце вместо .09.(сентябрь) указала .08.(август). Мама подписала договор не заметив это(сами понимаете). Как итог один человек не полетел никуда из за работы, а мама купила еще отдельно билет на самолет почти за 50 тыс. (За свой счет) и полетела позже догонять свой тур, потеряв естественно пару дней оплаченного отпуска. Начальство турагентства ничего кроме оправданий не предложило. Поэтому если и свяжетесь с ними, проверяйте сотрудника и читайте договор!
