The obvious disadvantage of managers is poorly trained staff working with people. Customer focus is 5 out of 10.
With a relatively low workload, the waiters never came up on their own for 3 visits last month to find out if something else was needed, even when they pass by the table, they still need to be shouted at, after pressing the button, the wait reached 10 minutes and this is all despite the fact that the client pays a 10% commission, which by law it cannot be turned on without his consent. And at the last payment: "Can you come and pay at the checkout?" - a moveton.
I always respect the work of waiters, but in order to respect it, it must match.
