Moreover, the administrator does not classify icos as cigarettes. "These are not cigarettes, we smoke cigarettes on the street." There was an empty table in the hall, and I asked the receptionist to transfer us. We were just going to eat and leave. We were refused. My mom and her friend came to this place. A friend had a pizza with her (packed, she bought it home at a previous establishment). At the entrance, the guard said that pizza was not allowed. Okay, no problem, they didn't plan to eat it, they asked to leave it at the entrance or somewhere else. The guard casually put the pizza on the floor. A friend said that this is food and it does not need to be put on the floor. Then the guard asked the ladies to leave the establishment. And if I have gum, a candy bar, and water in my bag, do I also have no right to visit the institution? No one planned to eat pizza, I repeat, there was a request to put it in any convenient and acceptable place. My mom and her friend were brazenly kicked out of this restaurant. I haven't seen such disrespect for a long time. This is very low and is not supported by any laws. I do not recommend visiting!

Recently, my friend and I visited this place and to say that I am disappointed is to say nothing, just terrible service, at first we waited 15 minutes for our order to be accepted, then after 10 minutes of waiting for the order, they came up to us and said the drink that we ordered is currently missing,we We agreed to another drink . There was minimal traffic that evening, there were practically no people. We waited another 15 minutes for our drinks and only after, in fact, 40 minutes they were brought to us. To be honest, it was not as tasty as possible. I never write bad reviews, and I get into the position of chefs, bartenders and waiters, since I work in the catering industry myself, but this time was really terrible in terms of service, no one has ever looked at me with such contempt. One of my favorite places. Delicious food, perfect service, good coverbands are often invited on weekends, sometimes a photographer works. There is a separate karaoke room, it's great that in one institution you can both sit quietly and comfortably, and dance, sing karaoke. Pleasant atmosphere!

I didn't like it, I don't recommend holding events here. We celebrated the birthday of a friend in the cafe Angels. It was Wednesday, the day when there was no program, the hall was empty, there were no visitors except us. But we were served poorly, the waitress was not very attentive
, when someone asked her something or asked, she answered with a look: what do you want from me. The kitchen is generally bad. I ordered king prawns from the hot dishes, they were brought cold, it was very unpleasant. Although this dish is on the hot list. When asked: why is it cold? She replied that she thought it was served as a snack bar. Then what did you bring as hot? There was no assortment of wine, the day before they ordered wine, when they came to the cafe with guests, they said that there was no wine, they chose another, it turned out that there was only one bottle for seven people. Well, in general, there were many other negative little things that I didn't like. They asked me to turn on more light near the wings for a few minutes to take a photo for memory, they said they would not turn it on and it was so clearly visible, as a result, the photos were bad. We ordered a Cheesecake dessert, they did not bring the first freshness, it felt like it had a fermented taste. One plus is that the background music was good.
On all other points, everything is bad. If you have opened a restaurant, then keep it up to date. I now understand why your hall is completely empty, not everyone will write a review, they will just go to another place. That's why I'm writing my honest review here

A very interesting and at the same time negative situation occurred, we decided with a partner to choose this institution to celebrate the anniversary, we booked a table. In the restaurant itself, we encountered a HUGE nuance, when choosing alcohol, the waiter announced one price, but when the evening came to an end and the bill was brought to us, the amount for alcohol was overestimated by 90%. When trying to find out why this happened, the administration of this institution refused to resolve this issue.

I liked the place. The food is delicious, the service is nice, but not fast. And a small note: do not pile guacamole, fish, etc. on potato waffles, otherwise they will get wet and all the buzz from the waffles disappears. They just soak into ordinary potatoes of an incomprehensible kind. Although the portion is large and the ingredients are good. But I will definitely come again. :)

Reasonable prices. we were in the restaurant on Friday evening, there were summary tables, at 20.00 only one girl, for whom it is important, after 12 men appeared) plus other companies celebrated! I ordered sushi, so-so, not the best option, the salad is delicious. Most of all, I liked the music, the atmosphere - to dance to the remixes! Due to these crazy prices for alcohol, be prepared that your check, even with the most minimal presence, will easily exceed 200 rubles for two. As it is, the place is quite pleasant.

I had a rest at the weekend, there are no complaints about food, everything is delicious, we ordered a hookah, everything is fine too, but the show program was not impressed, there was no movement, from the word at all, the groups did not sing hits and the audience did not get turned on, they waited for at least something fun to dance, but just sang a couple of songs and that's it Maybe they were waiting for us to order for money, and then they completely left and there was no music. Bottom line, it's okay to sit and drink wine or beer, but I don't advise you to have a rest.

It was 03.02.2024. First At the restaurant:- everything is fine. At 23:00 we went to karaoke. All complaints about the order of songs. From 23:00 to 04:30, 3 songs were performed, taking into account that they paid according to the price list for performing songs out of turn. A “VIP” guest was walking, and unfortunately, to put it mildly, no one paid attention to the rest of the guests, despite the accepted rules and payment. And this is not the first time this trend has been observed. This is not encouraging.

And that's why when my parents came to visit Minsk and we decided to meet with our family to celebrate two family holidays, the choice fell on this restaurant. And it is very sad that on this particular day the administrator worked, whose behavior is difficult for me to understand. Instead of a joyful family holiday, there was a sediment and an unpleasant aftertaste. We had a table reserved from 14 to 17 (for three hours) for 10 people. The waiter led us and put us in a pleasant place, in a cozy corner on the sofas. The receptionist came and moved us to another place - near the stage and the waiters. Despite the fact that THE WHOLE HALL WAS EMPTY. When we asked what the reason was and asked her to return us to a more comfortable place, she said that it was impossible, since those places were booked.
As a result, when we left the hall at 17.10, the place was cozy, from which the admin took us away, and it was free (as well as another place where we could stay) When I asked why this was the case, I was given the same answer - that table was booked. However, I said this time that the reservation is for 18.00. Did we come to the restaurant from 14 to 17 and they didn't put us in a cozy place because there was a reservation from 18? Seriously? I am extremely disappointed. It is especially unpleasant that I could not please my parents with decent service, which I counted on when I offered this particular restaurant to my family.
