Convenient location of the hotel.
Polite and helpful staff. Accurate and fast service. A clean room. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, shampoo, soap, gel, hairdryer, safe. I would also like a toothpaste and a written hint about the possibilities of the hotel (for example, the rules for visiting the sauna, swimming pool). Delicious and varied breakfast buffet.

The rooms are new enough, large enough, everything you need in the rooms has a minus: I'm here in the middle of April, it's hot in my room, the air conditioning is not working yet, the only way out is to open the window, but this can be done if your window overlooks the courtyard, otherwise if the window is on the ‘street’ in the room when open The window is insanely noisy
The breakfasts are good, there is a large selection for every taste, I do not want to list in order not to miss something
But 5-10 minutes after the start of breakfast, there are no empty seats, it seems to me that there is not enough staff who would collect used dishes from the tables, I see only one waitress, it seems that she can not cope
The cleaning is excellent, towels are changed every day and shampoos, gels, soaps are supplemented, it's a pity that there is no toothpaste
The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna, everything is fine and clean there too. It is included in the price of accommodation
If necessary (before check-in or after vacating the room), luggage can be left in a special room
In total, I definitely recommend the hotel
If you need coolness, ask for a room with Windows to the courtyard, the reception goes to a meeting and, if possible, relocates)

The overall impression is not bad.
Of the advantages, I can note:
The rooms are spacious and well maintained.
The staff is polite and helpful. Walking distance to the city center is 15 minutes.
Opposite there is a shopping center with a VTB ATM serving the mir card.
The hotel has a swimming pool with a sauna.
Of the cons:
The breakfasts could have been a little tastier.
The view from the window is not very pretty, but it is not critical
There was a noisy air conditioner in room 410.
P.S.
If you go to the pool and take a towel from the room, do not leave it in the basket, but take it with you. When they are evicted, they will not count them and you will blush at the reception, like me))))

Nice hotel. My room is on the north side, so it's not hot and quiet.
The room is equipped with everything you need, the plumbing is new, everything works.
Breakfast is served in the large hall, there are enough places for free seating. A large selection of dishes.
You can drink coffee brewed on the sand.

This is a hotel from the Ani chain. Six floors, one, unhurried elevator. We had a two-room, double room, breakfast included. Everything is fine in the room: air conditioning, a great bed, two toilets, water, tea, coffee, kettle, hairdryer, slippers. The room is cleaned daily. The staff - without comments, everyone understands Russian. The breakfasts are quite complete, everything is available, you will not go hungry.
What you need to consider when choosing a room is not to take rooms that face the street, there is a lot of traffic and noise.
The hotel is located near Republic Square, near the central market, Tashir shopping center, metro station. Exchange offices are not far away.

A large hotel in the city center. Checked into room 504, very noisy air conditioning. Replaced by 317, cool and spacious. The windows open onto the courtyard, you can hear the violin from the neighboring houses).
The hotel itself: the breakfasts are good, coffee in the turk on the sand, there is enough space.
Shower gel, shampoo, cap, soap are good, there were not enough hygiene kits.
Cleaning is daily, very neat.
There is water and slippers in the room. There are no bathrobes.
The only point: the hotel is big, so there are almost always Chinese groups there. And this is often very tiring)

They clean it every day. The rooms are not fresh, but they continue to be tired. Breakfasts for 4+, coffee in addition to a coffee machine, can be made in a Turk. Most of the staff are polite. We were from 7.10.23 to 12.10.23. Room 403. The location is excellent, there is everything nearby: shops, a coffee shop, pharmacies, an exchange, a market, for shopping lovers there are 2 shopping centers nearby, a public transport stop, and 10 minutes from the Republic Square. The room is clean, cleaning every day. The staff is very friendly, responsive - we had a problem with the sound in the TV, promptly eliminated after the call. The bed is very comfortable, good bedding. There are not enough hooks for outerwear in the room, there is just a small corridor - there are very few of them (hooks for outerwear) and a lamp (there is not enough lighting). There is also a lack of a hood in the bathroom, and shelves in the shower for shampoos, and other bathroom accessories. I had to put it on the floor.
Breakfast is good, for every taste - there are sausages, sausages, porridges (dairy and non-dairy), omelet / scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, stewed vegetables, salads, pickles, snacks (nuts, dried fruits), a variety of bread, you can make toast, various sauces, oils, coffee machine, coffee from Turks, various teas, juices, water, and of course very tasty fruits and sweets. Everything is clean, neat, beautiful.
There is also a clean swimming pool, sauna - you definitely need a cap to visit the pool (if you don't have one, you can buy it on the spot). Once again I will note the staff, always with a smile, always friendly!

Super breakfast-I spent a lot of time in hotels in Europe, but here in Ani Central is the best breakfast!
The traditional set of sausages, egg, amlet, is complemented by pancakes with meat, fried dumplings, vegetables, olives. Juices, coffee machine, instant coffee, coffee in a turk on the sand. A selection of sweets and jams: grapes, figs, walnuts, etc.
Swimming pool, sauna until 22:00
Daily room service, min. water.

Very good location, near a bank, shops, within walking distance of the main square, but still the hotel is far from 4 stars. The rooms are very clean, the bed linen is excellent and the mattresses are good, towels and slippers are changed daily, but there are no bathrobes. The renovation and interior of the room itself, I had a suite- leaves much to be desired, as if they were transported 20 years ago, the doors open with a key, no cards, the lobby is open until 7 pm and there are only drinks, that is, there is no way to fully spend time there. The price tag for the rooms was raised crazy, but she's not worth her money. If you make repairs on the floors and in the rooms, improve the lobby and the breakfast line, then you can write 4 Stars. And so this is a 3-star hotel for the price of 4, or even 5.

The pool is small. The staff is helpful and friendly. They supplement everything you need daily - gels, shampoos, tea / coffee, water.
At the weekend, a crowd of I don't know who gypsy behavior came, sat on the floor in the lobby, put suitcases on the tables. On Monday it became quiet again.
The location is convenient near the Republic.

True, it is a little far from Republic Square, but it is close to the market, Russia Mall (there is a super grocery store here), Yerevan Tavern (it is very tasty, but you need to book a table). The best location in Yerevan for an independent stopover. Near the metro, opposite the shopping center and a supermarket, an agricultural farm. market. There are many inexpensive grill cafes. There are many banks. It's not far from everything. The hotel has a sauna and a swimming pool, access is included in the room rate. A good, hearty breakfast. There were small remarks about the room: in the form of water leaks in the bathroom and a TV that could not be watched because of the terrible antenna, but this was not critical for us.

I came across a completely unexpected unpleasant situation with an employee of this hotel (I am not a guest of the hotel, but I live next to him).
Every day I pass by this hotel in the morning and evening, walking with my dog, there were no problems (until today).
As a responsible person, I always clean up after my dog and throw the bags in the trash in order to keep the overall cleanliness in the city for my part. But this time there was some kind of inexplicable performance on the part of the hotel cleaner, who was sweeping the street near him.
As usual, I threw the bag in the trash between two benches opposite the entrance to the hotel. I walk 20 meters, this cleaner calls out to me, and runs, excuse me, with a bag of my dog's feces in my direction, demanding that I pick it up and throw it somewhere else. I asked why, firstly, she was digging in the trash, and secondly, how my trash differs from any other, given that the trash can is NOT SIGNED in ANY WAY, what kind of garbage can be thrown there and which is not. To which she declares that this urn is only for cigarette butts!! According to whose opinion and rule this is, God knows.
For my part, if the hotel is working with reviews on this platform, I ask you to work with an employee regarding your rather strange behavior, or place a sign explaining which garbage is prohibited and which can be thrown into their trash can. What if the hotel sorts it out, and no one even knows about it?

It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the central square. It may be a little noisy from the road (depending on where the windows will go out). The rooms for two are spacious. They are cleaned daily. I really liked the hotel, the room is large and spacious, I was with my husband in February, we lived on the 4th floor.

It resembles a dining room🤣) but with our modernity. Clean, cleaning and linen change every day. Tea,coffee, water, kettle in the room. Soap accessories are all there. Nearby, across the street, there is a market with goodies. Not far from the center, the Opening day. We have never traveled by public transport. But you need to ask for a room with Windows to the courtyard. Otherwise, the noise from the road, if the window is open. In general, we are satisfied.
