This place was primarily attracted because of the Chef's persona. He is one of the world's top chefs, which is extremely rare for Belarus. The restaurant fascinates from the entrance. The interior is conducive to a leisurely pastime. The dishes, despite their apparent simplicity, are very original. The combination of tastes and unexpected moves of the Chef will surprise you. An institution for enjoyment.
It is a very rare place where food surprises and gives pleasure.
It is unlikely that anyone will read to the end, but one THING has arisen. Today, after half an hour of waiting, none of the employees came up for the order at all. I had to eat a virtual refrigerator and a transparent carbonara, such a thing. Lunch, a lot of people, take it into account.

We went to lunch with a small group. Of the memorable moments, the first one is a gender-neutral toilet (I even hesitated right away, decided that it was for the middle gender... but then I realized that it was just a combined M and F))
According to the staff, the waiters are smiling, very friendly, and know the menu well (they are five).
As for the waiting period, when fully boarding at lunchtime, be ready to wait a little, or actively catch the waiters scurrying around (here everything depends on your perseverance and obsession)
I won't write much about the quality of the dishes - everything is delicious, from what the company tried. I would change the potatoes a little for the cold, they feel muffled, but I want them or fried more habitually.
As a result, I boldly recommend it!

I learned about this place on the recommendation, studied the online menu and the cooking time of various menus. I tuned in on Friday to order pizza and buy bread home, which was posted on Instagram. We arrived on time at 16.25. The main hall was empty, except for my husband and me, there were two men. The waitress, during our waiting time for at least one of the staff, although we identified ourselves when we arrived, approached the men three times, despite the fact that we were sitting next to each other. When I got tired of it, I got up and went to the counter myself, a waitress assistant was sent to us, who was rude and did not understand what we wanted from her at all. As a result, on Friday they had only a lunch menu, they did not cook anything else. The food is excellent, there are no complaints about it. But the attitude of the staff, who in fact are the face of the restaurant, sucks. Will I come again? Hardly! I will not recommend this place either.

Очень вкусная кухня, классные лимонады, отличное обслуживание, оригинальный интерьер, очень душевная и аутентичная атмосфера. Лучшая пицца в Минске, замечательные десерты! Цены вполне демократичные. Ориентировано на обеды и сытные завтраки. Есть доставка, но на месте меню полнее и разнообразнее. Отличное место посидеть семьёй и с друзьями! Не самая удобная локация, но оно того стоит!

We visited this restaurant on April 29, 2024.
Minuses:
- location. It's a little far from the center.
- I ordered a pike perch with tomato sauce, only the pike perch was brought.
- in the pizza (we took a Margarita)cheese is not used for pizza, but a dense, highly viscous cheese, very fatty, and there is a lot of it.
Positive:
- cleanliness

-there are carafes of lemon water on the tables for everyone (free of charge)

Отличная еда и атмосфера. Радует сервис и выбор блюд. Великолепное место для проведения бизнес ланч. Возможность парковки. Вежливые и аккуратные официанты. Место где на обед да приемлимые деньги можно попробовать блюда из Оленины. Отведать шурпу. Очень много вкусных и интересных десертов. Меню меняется часто. Ожидание может вас застать только в промежуток с 13 до 13.30. Можно отведать интересные и очень вкусные завтраки.

Приятный и стильный интерьер, разнообразное меню, все блюда что мы пробовали (из бизнес-ланча) очень вкусные! А самое главное - адекватные цены! Единственный нюанс, терминал не принимает банковские карты Тинькофф «Мир». А в остальное все отлично, обязательно вернусь снова :)

Заведение которое меня очень приятно удивило.
Находиться оно во дворах и в целом ориентирован на местных работников, которые приходят на обед, то есть изначально ничего фантастического я от них не ждал.
Однако оказалось что там красивые интерьеры, не супер дорогие, но видно что поработал грамотный дизайнер и сделано это любовью. Достаточно внимательный персонал. И очень вкусно и качественно приготовленная еда. И даже подача была на высоте. В общем заведению респект, если буду проезжать мимо обязательно зайду ещё раз.

С поваром Антоном Калеником, который устраивает здесь авторские дегустации, любой ресторан можно подтянуть до мишеленовской звёзды. Может мне повезло? Но впечатления отличные!
