Hello! I want to leave a truthful and honest review, I write exclusively about the quality of medical care, based only on my comparative analysis, observations, feelings and subjective opinion formed by my visit to Veterinary clinics.… I will not describe for a long time the background of the causes and consequences of the disease of our kitty Muizza, I'm not talking about that... I just want to express my well–deserved gratitude to the veterinarian, Nurtazina Diana Askhatovna, who kindly agreed to try to save our kitty. It took a lot of time, knowledge, effort, careful attitude and sensitive attention spent on saving our kitty Muizza by doctor Diana Askhatovna, together with the clinic's assistants… There was a moment when we were faced with a choice, to give up (to end the suffering of the cat) or against all odds ... to continue fighting and pleading for the life of a beloved and dear pet ... we did not take a sin on our soul ...! And thank God that Diana Askhatovna was able to find a donor for Muizza's blood transfusion. After a blood transfusion, a well-organized course of treatment and rehabilitation, and a number of repeated tests, enough time passed that it could be said that everyone's struggle and efforts were not in vain.… At the moment, the analysis results show positive dynamics for the prospects of recovery, the well-being and behavior of our cat have returned to their normal (before painful) state.… Muizza began to eat and drink on her own again, runs, jumps and shows an active lifestyle..., we began to recognize the old curious, affectionate and cheerful kitty again, the main thing is that our pet is saved and alive!!! Together with my husband, we would like to express our gratitude and deep respect to the doctor and Muizzin's savior, Nurtazina Diana Askhatovna!!! Diana Askhatovna, a young, by our standards, but surprisingly, excellently trained, experienced and self–confident specialist, is a very attentive, sensitive and deeply decent Person when dealing with clinic clients! She always found time to listen to us patiently and attentively, as well as provide detailed information about the current state of affairs, and clearly explain the planned strategy for further treatment.… It is a pity that qualities such as decency and compassion for others... are becoming very rare nowadays and are often replaced mainly by mercantile motivation.… In general, my husband and I have developed only the most pleasant and positive impressions during our communication with Diana Askhatovna. For us, this is the rarest case when we can, with a sense of complete trust and confidence, recommend an excellent specialist to our friends and acquaintances, if God forbid such a need arises... Sincerely, from the bottom of our hearts and from the bottom of our hearts, we would like to express our gratitude to all the staff as a whole for their attentive, caring and humane attitude to someone else's misfortune... for their help in the struggle for the life of a small member of our family, our Muizza! Of course, we all understand that professional activity and daily practice, associated with constant worries and struggle for the lives and health of animals, even if not humans, over time involuntarily dull the feeling of belonging to other people's suffering and pain ... but we sincerely pray for all of you, and hope that Over the years, you will be able to preserve and not lose the feelings of kindness, humanity and love for our four-legged friends that are so necessary in your work and communication with the clinic's clients... Dear employees of the Animals Vet Veterinary Clinic, thank you very much, and bow low for your sensitive attitude and honest work!!! We will always and gladly recommend your clinic "Animals Vet"! Sincerely, Arystan and Anara…

This story is an example of how you can "treat the symptoms" while ignoring the causes. If they had done a simple smear on the tick at the first appointment, all this could have been avoided: two injections of hormone, purulent otitis media, surgery, and ear deformity. My cat went through pain, surgery, and stress only because the clinic limited itself to a superficial diagnosis. From August 28 to September 14, we contacted this clinic with a cat (15 years old) complaining of ear swelling and a scratched ear. At the reception, the doctor diagnosed atopic (allergic) otitis media, prescribing treatment with the hormone drug Dexafort. Later it turned out that the cat had been developing ear mites and purulent otitis media all this time, and otohematoma was a secondary problem, a consequence of itching and scratching. The result is incorrect treatment, disease progress, surgery, and complications. Now let's move on to the points where the vets screwed up.: 1. The absence of a tick smear is a diagnostic error. This is a standard procedure for all ear infections. Even if there were "no clinical signs," a smear is required to rule out parasites. The fact that they didn't take a swab is a miss of a key diagnostic step. 2. The veterinarian beats his chest, that if there is a temporary effect, then the treatment is correct. Although after the prescribed two injections of dexafort, the symptoms returned. The fact that Dexafort relieved symptoms for 7 days does not mean that it was an allergy. This hormonal drug simply removes inflammation of any origin. Therefore, the doctor's argument "it helped him, so it's not a tick" is complete nonsense. The symptom may have temporarily gone away, but the cause remained. 3. They did not prescribe prevention. After the second injection, we were simply released, without a smear, without a second examination, without recommendations for control. 4. The risks of my elderly cat-he was prescribed strong steroids without saying a word about what a strong drug it is and how it affects the body. 5. Postoperative care- we were not warned that the stitches needed to be removed, which caused the rotting of the same stitches in the cat.The clinic's communication leaves much to be desired. 6. The doctor's behavior and attempts to justify themselves-When I asked questions about the incorrect diagnosis, the doctor replied: "Maybe he ate something again, because he lives on the street." "That is, if we consider what could have been, then anything could have been. But the fact is that it helped him. " It looks like shifting responsibility onto me and the cat. But the cat lives in the same conditions all the time-and it is the doctor who must take this factor into account from the very beginning. And the icing on the cake was our tests, which we were not notified about, and when they sent us, it was without our data (last names, nicknames of the cat)- which looks very doubtful. And when we pointed out this error, we had to wait 34 minutes because "they have a website" to get the same analysis, only with the cat's nickname. The coincidence may be accidental, but the situation looks dubious and opaque. After all the complications, I turned to two other veterinarians, including a doctor from Astana. Both confirmed that: the treatment at your clinic was incorrect and incomplete; the diagnosis was made without analysis; hormonal injections only temporarily relieved the symptoms; it was the ticks and otitis media that caused repeated swelling and complications. I do not recommend this clinic to pet owners who want high-quality diagnostics and responsible treatment of animals. Check diagnoses, require tests, and don't settle for "eye contact" - it can cost your pet's health.
