We stopped at the Anita Dream Kirish Hotel

05.09.2023. Check-in was at 20.30
The receptionist Anur met us at the hotel. I met him rudely, with a disgruntled face. At our request to feed us dinner, or at least hot tea, he just got rude and sent us away.
He said that dinner was over, all questions to the tour operator SUNMAR.
Even just boiling water was refused to us. Anur replied that they didn't care about us and the hotel had nothing to do with us. Complain wherever you want, he doesn't care.
And this day is September 5th, we have paid for it)
The food is included. Next, we were settled in a basement room in which there was no light, the smell of mold and one window pane under the ceiling. They offered to pay $20 plus to be transferred to another room.
The guys who arrived from Moscow were generally offered relocation from the basement to another hotel for $ 500 plus.
There is no water in the rooms, the air conditioners in the dining room do not work. The stated distance to the sea by Sunmar does not correspond to reality. There are not enough sun beds. The photos on the websites do not correspond to reality. The hotel is in terrible condition. People are simply bred for money, and many families go with children, and there are cockroaches and mosquitoes in the rooms. We had a full 2 days and a night. Why is Sunmar selling this hotel for such money as 4 stars. This is just a deception of tourists. If the tour operator does not take any actions in our direction with compensation for both moral and material damage, then upon arrival in Russia, we will send an official claim, which will necessarily entail consequences. And plus the anti-advertising not only of the hotel, but also of the tour operator selling such squalor for such money. If the hotel confirms the reservation of tourists in advance before paying, why is the hotel so welcoming that there is no food or rooms?
I want to add that we are not picky. We treat hotels very leniently. Previously, we also rested in various three-way houses, and everything was in order. But it's just terrible.

A very budget hotel. Everything is sad about the food, yesterday's salads were given and there was no meat at all, until everyone gathered in a group of tourists and began to be indignant. It was in 2019, maybe something has changed..

Due to the fact that the hotel is not expensive, there are a lot of provincial guests from the Urals and beyond. They kill themselves with free alcohol to a piggy squeal and behave somehow. Otherwise, it will go, the food is for 4, the valve has never been torn off during the entire vacation.
