A pleasant hotel in the very center of the city, located in an alley, so you can not hear the noise from the main street. A cool receptionist makes coffee in the morning and is generally a very nice guy :) There is also a French-speaking lady, a Russian-speaking woman, and an elderly gentleman working night shifts. Everyone knows English perfectly well :)
