THEY RUINED THEIR HAIR WITH THEIR NEGLIGENT BEHAVIOR
I signed up for the most expensive procedure in the salon - hot hair botox (25,000֏) I heard about the salon for the first time and had never been there, I believed the positive reviews, on day x I come to the salon in the evening, master Zhenya begins to prepare the hair for the procedure.
Indeed, after botox, they were soft and shiny, I paid another 2000rubles on top for cutting the ends and bangs (VERY IMPORTANT). I was even persuaded to pose as a model for their Instagram content (video below). The master explained that the Procedure takes place in two stages, 1 - the remedy itself, which opens the hair scales so that the reagent acts more effectively, 2 - an additional mask that seals the scales.
Since it was already 9 o'clock (the salon's closing time), I was asked to come tomorrow for a mask and a bang haircut to complete the procedure. important! The term "tomorrow" is an abstraction, the end of December is the peak loading season for both me and the salon, so the lack of a clear schedule confused me. Thinking that the administrator would most likely contact me later to discuss a convenient hour, I went home.
The next day, I received no response and did not receive the exact hour of reception. A day later, I decided to write to the salon MYSELF, explained the situation, to which I was told that Master Zhenya was not working either that day or the next, and that they would be able to receive him only on Tuesday.
I arrive on Tuesday at the appointed hour, Master Zhenya greets me and honestly admits that "she forgot about me and my procedure." After that, she tells me with a sigh that she won't put on the mask, since I've already washed my hair at home on my own (of course, they also forgot to tell me that it can't be washed, and it's been 5 days), and the mask will be meaningless, and that she can't guarantee further results. I explain to her about my situation, that no one told me what time to come, that the administrator himself wrote that Zhenya had a day off, that I would not mind coming to another master to continue the procedure if it was so important, to which she replies that the administrators probably forgot about me too, That's why it happened.
They washed my hair, cut my bangs (crooked!), I'm about to leave, I remind the administrator that I paid during the previous procedure, to which she tells me - no, you have to pay another 2000rubles. I'm completely at a loss, I'm trying to explain my situation, but she interrupts me and says, "Ask Master Zhenya." Master Zhenya is shouting from the back room that if I had come the next day, I wouldn't have had to pay. I'm disoriented, I open a correspondence with the administrator, I ask you to explain why I'm paying these 2000rubles if I paid 25,000 in advance for botox and 2000 for ends and bangs, to which Master Zhenya looks at me with sad eyes and says "okay, if you don't want to pay, sign up for me, I'm for you I'll pay with my own money...". Because of such brazen manipulation, I was even more taken aback, I started saying that it wasn't about these unfortunate 2000 rubles, but that because of the disparaging attitude of the administrator towards me as a client, I had to overpay for no one knows what. The administrator interrupts me again, passively and aggressively conveys that "the truth is not in a quick speech," and without giving me a word to say in my defense, publicly begins to assert that this is my fault and irresponsibility, that I should have "come tomorrow," when? She didn't say.
I couldn't stand such an insult, silently paid extra and left.
THE MOST INTERESTING THING! After 3 days, my smooth, shiny hair became brittle and chapped along its entire length, as explained to me, due to the fact that I did not have a mask.
It would seem that I signed up at a top salon for the most expensive procedure, but both the master and the administrator forgot about me, I was publicly accused of being careless, rude, cheated, completely ruined the quality and structure of my hair, and in the end I was also to blame.
I'LL NEVER COME BACK! I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SPOIL YOUR MOOD AND HAIR ON THE EVE OF THE HOLIDAYS AND OVERPAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS UNCLEAR.

I was in this salon for hair coloring. The master was not friendly and rude. At the moment when it was necessary to wash the dye from her hair, she was too lazy to wash my hair and asked the salon cleaner to wash my hair immediately after she washed the floor with dirty rags. The chair where they washed my hair was covered in hair....
They also don't have a price list.

Unfortunately, I got to the master, who did not put on gloves when removing the coating and the manicure itself, did not open the kraft bag in front of me (she kind of opened it before I sat down, pulled out tools from some drawer in the table). She also used previously used disposable nail files.
She put on gloves and took a new nail file only after I contacted the administrator.
The nail plate is sawn off: I already have not very strong nails, and now they are "killed" completely. But they offered coffee with candy... at the end of the session, a side roller (skin) was filed instead of a nail.
I paid 7,000 drams for such a "pleasure". The coating began to break off 2 weeks later, which did not happen after the session in another salon on the same Pushkin Street (I will not specify the name, but I will say that it is closer to Saryan Street).
I was in the salon for the first and last time: after such an experience, I probably won't come back here. Now I have to repair and grow my nails for 3-4 months!
