It's a gloomy place. The three-storey terminal, built in 1995, screams the urgent need for renovation. The peculiar smell inside the building is unmistakable. A paid toilet, wildly uncomfortable waiting rooms and huge distances that have to be overcome in search of your platform. The barkers on the top floor are delivered separately, shouting out the names of the cities where you can go. A quarter of the 21st century has passed, tickets are bought on the aggregator platforms of all the numerous carriers, but these guys continue to shower every passing passenger with shouts of "Istanbul, Bursa, Izmir, etc." Perhaps there is only one advantage - the train station is conveniently located in the city center.

There is a huge bus station in the city center, there are always a lot of people, it works around the clock. There are cafes, small shops, currency exchange, taxi rank. There is a bus from the bus station directly to Ankara Airport, the ticket price for November 2025 is 180 liras. The building needs renovation, and it's uncomfortable inside.
