In particular, the iron legs of the seat have completely disappeared. I was told that transport insurance was provided, but when I filed a damage application, it was stated that the insurance only comes into effect if the entire vehicle is lost, while individual item damages are not covered. When I contacted the company, they said that the damage did not concern them, the insurance also turned negative and there was nothing they could do. Despite all this, I demand that at least the cost of the glass of my broken window covers and the cost of the missing seat legs be paid to me. Although many of my belongings have been damaged, I want at least these two property damages to be covered. Definitely stay away from the company what is being said and done is very different, those who carry are 17-20 year old December adolescent types who understand everything when you ask, but amateurs who do not understand anything when it comes to work. A terrible company that comes to look at the goods during the negotiation and then exhibits different mannerisms with each loaded item. If you care a little about your belongings and psychology, don't get involved.
