Arriving on 23.06 at eight in the morning, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess Isabella and immediately settled us in the rooms (although according to the rules we could be settled at 14:00) The rooms are clean, cozy, there is a very beautiful and green area around, there are small entertainments for children in the form of a swing and a scooter. It takes a maximum of five minutes to walk to the sea at a calm pace, next to a very good and inexpensive dining room "Boat". On the day of departure, Isabella kindly provided us with a room where we could stay until 17:00, although she could ask us to leave our rooms at 12:00.Taking advantage of the opportunity, we managed to go to the beach, eat and quietly pack our bags. We express our great gratitude to Isabella for her responsiveness, hospitality, and sincerity.... And as you wish....If you don't pay, don't live....The location is good, the rooms are clean, and there is a refrigerator and a TV. There were constant interruptions with water, you can't even drink boiled water from the tap. The summer kitchen is generally a gloom... Rotten, sick street cats sleep in frying pans, there are no dishes, the microwave does not work, the tile for 2 comfort plates worked, but it was very bad to cook dumplings for an hour, so they almost always ate from the grill (for the grill everything is their own, there is nothing). You won't be questioned about washing things!in short, it was 2 weeks, they were sick with the virus all the time. Very poor infrastructure....The canteens are all with cockroaches....excursions say one thing, in fact you will be brought and go wherever you want to enjoy...I will never go to Abkhazia again in my life, and certainly not to this hotel

We were in June. The location is just great : 2 minutes to the sea, near a shop, canteens, cafes by the sea. Special thanks to the hostess Isabella, the house is clean and tidy, nice, clean, spacious, landscaped yard, lots of flowers, very cozy and peaceful. The location of the rooms means that no one interferes with each other, everyone has their own table and chairs. We really liked it, the price and quality match. Thanks to the hostess for a comfortable stay.
