The story of how they tried to cheat me out of money, the boorish attitude of the doctor and the referral for the picture never got. I visited this clinic around February 19th at 17:00. Extremely negative experience. I was worried about a tooth. I decided to enroll in this clinic on the advice of a blogger well-known in Minsk. It was recorded just a couple of days later. When I arrived, I was already a little surprised, as there was a kind of reception (a girl at the table) and 4-5 chairs along the wall next to it, and all were occupied by patients. I arrived at the appointed time, but they said to me, "Sit down, you will be invited." I wonder where? On someone's lap? I had to stand with my husband in front of these people until a patient was called and I was told again, "sit down, wait." As a result, they called me at about 17:20. The doctor is not tactful, she immediately started calling me "Dasha" and mentioning my mother-in-law, who was at the reception a couple of hours before me. This is already a violation of confidential data (because MY mother-in-law called to confirm MY record). This is simply absurd. As a result, they told me that they would not treat this tooth, because I came without a picture. I'm sorry, but how was I supposed to guess that it was needed? Why wasn't this mentioned when I called? As a result, I ask (I'm INTERESTED MYSELF, because the doctor probably didn't look at me at all) what's wrong with the rest of my teeth. Is everything okay? She says, "Well, there are two." I'm asking again which ones, big/small/ whether they need to be treated now. To which I was given the answer, "Well, they're average. Well, of course it is necessary to treat." That is, it is necessary to treat, but if I hadn't asked, wouldn't they have told me? Nonsense. I say, okay, let's go for a flight, I came anyway. I had one tooth drilled for literally 5 seconds, it feels like they just took the plaque off. And after 3-4 minutes, the tooth was ready and I was offered to treat the second one at the same time. I was glad that I agreed so quickly. BUT the second tooth was done to me for 20 minutes, using two injections of freezing. Why didn't the doctor warn you that caries are different? I've already clarified it. As a result, at the end, I asked for a referral for a tooth scan, which was why I originally came. I was given the answer "the administrator will write you out." Okay They didn't give me any document, no guarantee. Nothing. The cost was announced to me by the administrator in 5 minutes. 360 rubles. I was stunned. While my husband was paying, I decided to ask him what this amount was for. The administrator tells me "2 large seals". What??? They told me "two are so average" when I asked. And then I got angry and made a claim about it. To which the receptionist said she would invite a doctor. The doctor comes, drinking water from a glass and looking like "what do you want from me" and so on. I ask her why the two big ones are in the price. She starts talking nonsense, "you still got a discount, you have two average teeth, you have one tooth with a gasket," and so on. And rolling my eyes along the way. As a result, he says, "we can invite an accountant." I say, call me! The accountant understands that they are deceiving people. She tried very hard to talk my teeth out and reluctantly typed me a complete document for each tooth. When she gave me the first tooth, she said, "you know, I'll give you 50 rubles back, I'll punish the doctor." And I say, give me a price document for the second tooth. She reluctantly gave it to me. And! According to her own invoices and receipt, 5 rubles did not come together! And this is despite the fact that when I looked at home, there was a lot of excess in the second tooth, some positions of 2-3 pieces were driven in. In general, they fool people for money. And no one gave me a direction for the picture. Think three times before signing up here.
