We were unlucky with the weather half the time, but the rooms have air conditioners, they work and it was warm. For 9 days, the rooms were not cleaned, the bed linen was not changed, but it did not bother much, because initially it was quite clean, and we mostly slept in the room. Although the weather was not very good, we went on excursions. The courtyard is clean, blooming, there is a dining room for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We were without food, but we looked into the dining room-the smell was good. The house is 5 storeys high, without an elevator. There is a terrace with tables with benches-everything is solid made of solid wood, there is a microwave and titanium with boiling water-available around the clock. You can eat your own food and drink tea. There are dishes-plates, cups, spoons and forks. The rooms have a toilet, a shower, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, beds, bedside tables, a table, a conder and a TV. There are 10-15 Russian channels. The double rooms have a double bed and a sofa. There are 3 beds in 3 beds. There weren't many people already, the house was quiet and quiet. The windows of the rooms mostly overlook the inner balconies. There are about 40 rooms in total. I really liked the terrace, the other residents and I spent a lot of time there, and I even think this is the highlight of this hotel. You need to leave the room at 12, which is of course a minus when you check out in the evening ((( But there are places where you can sit and leave things, san.the node is shared, we were allowed to sit in the dining room under the air conditioner. The guest house is located in an alley, so there are no cars, it's quiet. The train buzzes sometimes, but this is rare. The territory is well maintained, clean, beautifully decorated, lots of greenery. There is a private dining room. I had breakfast included. The buffet. Porridge, omelet, casserole, pancakes, salad, tea, compote, buckwheat, noodles, eggs, sausages. You definitely won't be hungry. There is a large veranda with tables. There are dishes, sink, microwave, hot water. There is no kettle, glasses, or chairs in the room, so you can bring your own food and eat on the veranda. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, bedside table, shower, toilet. The water was always hot. One of the disadvantages is that the windows overlook the stairs, so you're sitting like in a dungeon, there's no sun in the room. Towels are not washed, stained. One sheet and a blanket. The mattress is very bad, the pillow is lumpy. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. The curtain is dirty and old. And the room is not cozy, although it seems like the renovation is fresh, the floor is beautiful, the wardrobe is new, the chandelier is expensive. But when I remember that terrible stench from the toilet, all the advantages fade. I'm definitely not going here a second time.
