We were unlucky with the weather half the time, but the rooms have air conditioners, they work and it was warm. For 9 days, the rooms were not cleaned, the bed linen was not changed, but it did not bother much, because initially it was quite clean, and we mostly slept in the room. Although the weather was not very good, we went on excursions. The courtyard is clean, blooming, there is a dining room for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We were without food, but we looked into the dining room-the smell was good. The house is 5 storeys high, without an elevator. There is a terrace with tables with benches-everything is solid made of solid wood, there is a microwave and titanium with boiling water-available around the clock. You can eat your own food and drink tea. There are dishes-plates, cups, spoons and forks. The rooms have a toilet, a shower, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, beds, bedside tables, a table, a conder and a TV. There are 10-15 Russian channels. The double rooms have a double bed and a sofa. There are 3 beds in 3 beds. There weren't many people already, the house was quiet and quiet. The windows of the rooms mostly overlook the inner balconies. There are about 40 rooms in total. We had a family vacation at this hotel in June 2025. The service is wonderful. Very responsive staff. This applies to cleaning and just some questions. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hostess smiles sweetly every time they meet, asks how are you, if everything is in order. She looks after her work very well in the kitchen, on the territory of the hotel. The food at the hotel is varied and delicious. You'll never be hungry. A quiet 5-minute walk to the sea. This is a huge plus. The beach is nice, I liked it right away. There are many shops, canteens and cafes around. The market can be reached by minibus for 50 rubles per person. In the evening, there is a beautiful promenade for walking, along which there are discos and restaurants. The sea is clear and transparent. Nature is super! When we left, the hostess said a warm goodbye to us. I highly recommend the Anna Saria Hotel!

I had a vacation with the kids in August. The rooms are clean and tidy, there is a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, bathroom.node. There are three meals a day, we had breakfast and dinner, I personally liked everything, it was hard to feed my children there, but I think it's not just mine.A big plus is that they don't add a lot of spices to the dish. The entire territory is under cameras, no one else can enter the territory, which is a big plus. Anna is very kind and helpful, if you have any questions, she immediately solves them. I really liked the terrace, the other residents and I spent a lot of time there, and I even think this is the highlight of this hotel. You need to leave the room at 12, which is of course a minus when you check out in the evening ((( But there are places where you can sit and leave things, san.the node is shared, we were allowed to sit in the dining room under the air conditioner.
