Anastasia, the agent, was selling my 41m2 apartment in Minsk world. I really liked that the specialist did not pull on trifles, contacted only when there were real offers from buyers.
The main point that made the cooperation happen at the highest level was that the agent protected my interests 100% and did not bring down the price, as most companies do.

I was looking for an apartment to buy, incorrect numbers are indicated in several of their ads (I called the other number, so they told me that this was not their apartment at all, although their data is indicated on the site). Then they fixed it, but they made me look full …
Further, after calling several more ads of their companies, it turns out that half of the “product” can be said to be “fake”. I.e., the deposits have already been received, but the sale ads have not yet been deleted, because the transaction will not be known when.
For themselves and their friends, they concluded that it is not worth contacting people who do not respect (if not their own, then someone else's) time.
