I’m very disappointed with this tour operator. They promised to provide me with important information for my trip but never sent it. On top of that, my questions in chat were ignored. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend their service.

They put us in a hotel for $2,100, a hotel where only the old people were. We asked them to change the hotel, but they said it was impossible, so we called another travel agency, and they said they would have changed it without any problems if we had bought from them. I do not recommend contacting here.

We flew to Sharm El Sheikh for spring break, because Air Cairo charters the guys, then the tour turned out to be cheaper than buying tickets + a hotel. First, I paid 50% and made an application, after a couple of days it was confirmed and paid the rest. The flights were on time, there were no nuances on vacation. As I understood it, this is in Egypt, and the locals buy tours from them, so I decided to do without intermediaries and contact them directly. It seems that if you have an Armenian card, you can pay for the tour online (this is the only way I bought in Russia). I didn't have any, so I paid in cash drams at the office terminal.
