We had a rest in August 2024. The only positive thing is the proximity to the beach in a pine grove and the beautiful sea. The hotel is so-so. If you need to change towels or linen, go yourself and ask. There has never been a cleaning in 12 days. The cafe was not impressed. The menu is meager, expensive and not tasty. There is something to compare it with. And another 10% for the service. When we were there, people sorted out the cost several times. After breakfast in their cafe, we decided to have lunch at Dmitry's cafe. Beautiful + comfortable, not expensive. Lunch turned out to be cheaper than breakfast. In the last 3 days of our stay, the cafe did not work at all. In general, the owners of the Pub do not bother. You only pay money for proximity to the sea. We wouldn't go there a second time.

From a good one-a good location, the sea is very close, a beautiful view from the window, even if not on the sea. The only receptionist at the reception is polite and sympathetic. That is all. Of the cons. The toilet smells very bad, either sewage or mold. A very unfriendly team, including cafe employees. The exception is the administrator (see above). We had a room for two, it was very, very small, very uncomfortable. Just an entrance and immediately a bed for the whole room + a smelly toilet. A flophouse. I think that such living conditions are not worth the money that was paid. The sea and nature are wonderful!

We visited in July 2025. One advantage is the proximity to the sea. The staff was boorish, and one woman, who looked to be about 40-45 years old, was shouting and being rude. Of course, the hospitality in this particular hotel is at zero. Although this is not the first time in Abkhazia, there is something to compare it with.

We rested in this place for the first time, we liked everything, even very much))): cozy rooms, calm atmosphere, polite and friendly staff, very good hostess, the sea is at hand, there is a restaurant on the ground floor, always hot, delicious food. Good day to all!!! We are staying at this hotel for the second time, everything is excellent. Alabai the dog is just excellent and her puppies, the son was upset when they were taken away. I advise everyone to relax here, it's cool to walk to the sea in 2 minutes. The on-site dining room is very tasty. We are from Voronezh and we will come again. Thanks to the staff.

They were in August 2021. I was pleased with the price, but there were misunderstandings when checking in, but this is most likely due to the incompetence of the administrator. In general, a decent quiet hotel for a family holiday. Next to the sea, there is a cafe in the courtyard with a decent menu and quite tasty food. Its own closed Parking lot in the yard. Nearby, along the strip, there are many other cafes for every taste. In general, I liked everything!
