Now that is almost perfection. The halls organisation (emperors, gods), the long gallery, the tomb section - amazing. The audioguide's quite helpful, too. The only flaw I noticed - AC. It was rather hot inside.
Definitely worth a visit!

A gorgeous, stunning, unforgettable museum! A beautiful, well-maintained collection in excellent condition! I don't remember any analogues in Europe - so if you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of antiquity, you need to go to Turkey! Even with the children, we managed to see almost all the exhibits, and we also liked the garden with peacocks! I highly recommend you to visit! A ticket for an adult in October 2024 cost 15 euros, children are free, but they only accept lira at the checkout!!! The only thing I would like to add is descriptions in English everywhere and you can unify the descriptions by adding information about artifacts. But even without this, it is very informative and atmospheric! Special thanks for convenient parking right on site and working seven days a week! Opening hours are indicated at 8.30-19.30

A magnificent museum! A small part of the exhibits is on the street, in the courtyard of the museum. The territory is beautiful! Inside the museum, we looked at all the halls in sufficient detail. It took us 2.5 hours. We took an audio guide. The exhibits were described quite interestingly, with a brief summary of the history of a particular one. We went as a family with a child of 11 years old. My daughter was not very interested, and in order to captivate her, we came up with a rating of the most beautiful and most terrible statues, the youngest and the oldest. She began to have fun and began to walk around the museum with a little more interest.
And as for my husband and me, we really liked it! It's a pleasure to look at the originals and listen to the story, I tell you!
