The old town of kaleiçi is about the atmosphere of the streets, retro shops, souvenir shops, authenticity and the atmosphere of Turkey you can feel there, it is desirable to walk from the point
• A (clock tower landmark) to the point
• B (port), be sure to go into the narrow streets, touch the stone from which all this was built, try coffee and the famous Smith bun , take pictures of yourself as a souvenir, buy yourself something small and not expensive that reminds you of this place !
SO WHY IS THERE SUCH A ROUTE??? because from point A to B there is a slope down, and your walk will not seem like a burden to you, and there is an elevator near the port that lifts to the very top hidden in the bushes, ask the locals they will tell you, the elevator they have sounds like "ASANSOR"

I really like this kind of location. Tbilisi, Alanya, now I have reached Antalya. Many different cafes, restaurants and hotels are located here. You need to understand that if you want to live in the oldest city, then most likely you will not be allowed to relax in the evening)). I especially recommend a walk in the evening, when the lights are illuminated. You can go down to the marina and take a boat trip to the Duden waterfalls.

Old streets, lots of hotels, tourist prices in shops. The food is "so-so" (excluding ice cream-it was very tasty). But, turning a blind eye to the modern realities of life, it is safe to say that the place is worth visiting. And after a walk through the ancient city, you can walk towards the sea and take a look from the observation deck at the place you have visited once again

The most exquisite place in the city. Amazing houses, bars, cafes and shops, narrow streets where it is easy to get lost. Multiple shops with souvenirs and sweets. There is also an old bay with incredible yachts. You can take the elevator down from the avenue, or walk down from the clock tower. Just beyond the bay is the paid Marmerli beach.

A very beautiful and spectacular place: the sea, colorful old houses with red roofs, a picturesque harbor, a fortress wall along the embankment. There is a panoramic elevator from the street directly to the water. There are many cafes and restaurants, but they are expensive. There is a paid beach (250 liras). Definitely the number 1 place to visit in Antalya.

It is very pleasant and interesting to walk slowly through the cool streets of the Old Town. Chat with sellers in old shops, drink Turkish coffee. It's like you're 100 or 200 years ago. It was as if time had stopped here.

The most beautiful part of Antalya with many parks and museums. A day is not enough if you decide to visit all the sights. I would advise starting from Revolution Square, going deeper into the old town, reaching the port, go upstairs, look at the Antalya Museum (by the way, it's free), walk to Hadrian's Gate. Then you can go to the nearby Karaalioglu Park. And this will be one of the most interesting routes. Enjoy it :)

Kaleiçi is the soul of Antalya.
It is necessary to visit, words cannot describe everything.
The very center of the city.
The seaport is for yachting, cafes and restaurants are for enjoying Turkish cuisine, music is for relaxing, and sunsets / sunrises are a pleasant addition.
It is here that the architecture of Turkey is preserved.

It is very beautiful, I did not expect that Antalya has such a wonderful old town. Cozy streets, beautiful old buildings. Only taxis and residents of the area, as well as hotel residents, are allowed to enter by car. It is very difficult to drive by car (narrow streets), it is better to avoid this.

It's quite interesting, atmospheric. Especially if you walk outside the main human flow, it's nice to come from the side of the ancient gate and walk along the streets to the sea. By the way, by the way, there is a space for children in the shade of trees with playgrounds

Antalya turned out to be a city of contrasts for me. But this is normal, because this is a different country, with different traditions.
You definitely need to stay if you are in this region.
We arrived from Tekirova in a rented car (I was nervous), the car was left in the parking lot in MarcAntalia. We visited the old port, went to the observation deck, climbed in a glass elevator, walked along the streets.

It is interesting to wander through the streets of the old town. There is no point in riding on a motor ship. There are no special views from the water
It's a little boring. We took a big trip (to the waterfall). It seems that we have wasted our time🤣

Briefly about the main thing for those who are afraid of the future and worried about Honduras:
"It was nice to wander through the streets of the Old Town.
There were few people, it felt like you were in the past." -
"The whole landscape takes tourists back 200 years"!
The main thing is short:
"This is the only place where I've been back for the fifth time" (garik kirakosyan is a Level 9 City Expert).

An atmospheric place with its own flavor, narrow streets, shops, souvenir shops, of course with its unique Turkish hospitality. Immediately getting to Kaleichi, it feels like you are in the most historic place, with its cobblestone pavements, an impregnable fortress, and of course a seaport. A wonderful museum where it is very interesting to see how other peoples lived, what their customs and principles were. Restaurants, cafes, shops, it's a pleasure to walk. I recommend everyone to visit the old town of Kaleici, get a lot of fun and new impressions!

It was nice to wander through the streets of the Old Town. There were few people, it felt like you were in the past. In the middle there is a large shopping street with souvenir shops, we walked around it, because we wanted silence and a leisurely walk. If you walk from Hadrian's Gate, the streets eventually lead to a picturesque panorama of the sea and the old port, from where pleasure yachts ply. There is a two-hour boat trip along the coast to the Duden Waterfalls.
