Anatolia Hospital was offered by the GVA assistant company as a partner of the Alfa Insurance insurance company under the medical expenses insurance policy during my husband's trip.
And it was certainly a happy choice for me, because at all stages of interaction with both GVA and the clinic, their professional concern for the fate of my husband was felt, forgive me for excessive, perhaps, pathos. The most important person in the clinic for me turned out to be the wonderful Farida, who, in addition to the function of an interpreter, took on the responsibilities of organizing all contacts and issues of interaction with the insurance company and with all employees and doctors of the clinic. My husband felt like a dear guest of this clinic, who was welcomed here and all the clinic staff were ready to help. The promptness in the processing of analyzes, the organization of additional procedures (tomography with contrast) and the correct diagnosis by the clinic doctor does everyone honor!
The clinic itself left a pleasant impression with the level of technological equipment and modern working style.

On June 6, 2024, our family was removed from the Anatolia-Minvody flight, as my husband lost consciousness during takeoff due to the heat. They were brought to this hospital and provided medical assistance. The whole family was left to spend the night in a separate room (for $ 70), in the morning they were released with a flight permit and a doctor's conclusion that there was dehydration. They didn't prescribe medications, they said to drink a lot of water. There are translators. The Russian-speaking girl helped us a lot: starting with insurance before calling a taxi to the airport. The nurses came into the room every hour: they changed the pressure, temperature, and seturation. They fed me, very well! The view from the window is almost like in a hotel! Thanks ❤

We are disappointed with this clinic. In the summer of 2022, my son was admitted to this hospital by ambulance. We paid $1,750 in three days. The diagnosis was not made, the tests were done in the wrong direction, MRI of these organs was not necessary. Type 1 diabetes started for the first time, which makes it easier to take blood for glucose... and they did expensive studies on intestinal obstruction. Pumping out money. My son had an attack due to high sugar, dislocated his arm, and now has plexopathy of the shoulder joint. But what about UNOBTRUSIVE. As soon as the insurance limit is exhausted, they are transferred to a public hospital. And it was expensive and did not help....
