Zakharova, grateful for her attentiveness, devoted a lot of time, did everything I needed, and I came with a complaint about one ear, but she saw the problem in the second and cured everything for me. I am very grateful! What I didn't like: I signed up for 11:25 a.m. in advance, arrived an hour in advance, signed a contract, took a ticket, and I just wasn't included in the list! It's good that I have a habit of checking everything, and I didn't wait for them to call me and came up again myself. I think it can be attributed to the human factor. It's just that there's such a stream of people that there would be nowhere to put me later. Although the administrators are polite and pleasant.
