I have been going to laser hair removal of my legs for 2 years (!) - I went to diode for a year, and to alexandrite for a year. the hair is still growing. there are quite a lot of them (less than before the course of hair removal, but still), they are just as dark and hard. several times, after poor-quality treatment of the leg area in this clinic, I came for a free re-treatment. but the question is, why can't I do it well the first time, why should I waste my time twice? there is a feeling that the masters are deliberately underestimating the parameters on the device (the last time I was given fluence = 7.5, despite the fact that I have type II phototype and my hair is stiff and dark. I did not know that this is a very low level) and they incorrectly apply the nozzle to the skin so that clients can walk longer. or it's just incompetence. a couple more negative points. First of all, there is no room for changing clothes in the classrooms. there is some kind of broken, peeling chair and 2 hooks on the wall - that's it. it would be nice to have at least some kind of small couch and maybe a floor hanger, a doormat. where to put the bag is unclear, apparently I am invited to put it on the floor) secondly, every time I arrive on time, I still wait 15-20 minutes until the master is free. administrators need to allocate time more carefully between clients. It's a pity that the service is so poor. but there are not many other clinics in Yerevan where there would be an alexandrite laser device, and most often the situation there is similar((

The walls are peeling off. There is no payment terminal inside the building. The service level is average. I think there is no price = quality match. You can find a more acceptable salon for this price or cheaper
