I have been using the clinic's services for more than 5 years. I won't do it anymore. A year ago, I had alexandrite hair removal at the Cascade department with specialist Suzanna Mkhitaryan. There was a burning sensation and strong tingling in the abdominal area, which I immediately warned about. The specialist said that the procedure would be more effective this way. The next day, I discovered that the entire area that tingled during the procedure was covered with spots (pigmented) due to incorrectly selected laser parameters. I immediately contacted the administrator and sent the photo. I was offered to use healing agents for a while, but it didn't help. Then we did several Thulium laser procedures - this is when the laser damages the skin layer to even out the tone, it is painful and unpleasant enough. Every time I "asked for" this procedure myself, they didn't call me to re-enroll in a tullium laser (for free). But every 40 days they called to make an appointment for hair removal (for a fee)… That is, there is a clear system for calling back for repeated procedures, and work with clients who have received poor-quality services in the clinic is not structured. In general, after a year of torment, there are no significant changes. Unfortunately, the laser could not cope with deep pigmentation. A year later, my dermatologist prescribed anti-pigmentation remedies to eliminate spots. I contacted the Cascade administrator, who in turn contacted an employee of the quality department, who wrote to me that she would contact me now and disappeared for 15 days... Then I called myself again, asked to get in touch with me as soon as possible, and after 3 days, no one contacted me again. As a result, I called again myself, and on the same day an employee who had been missing for 15 days contacted me and asked me to send a prescription written by my dermatologist. Of course, they didn't even offer to compensate for the dermatologist's consultation. I sent the prescription, and 2 days later they sent me 2 medications, one of them was INCORRECT, although I repeatedly said that it was prescribed to me. I wrote again, they promised to send me the correct remedy the next day, and they disappeared again. In fact, half of my stomach was burned, and the clinic bears no responsibility for the work of its specialists. To do a couple of procedures at the client's insistence - yes. There is no way to build a systematic approach to eliminate your own shortcomings. Don't get in touch with a client for 15 days who was burned in the stomach and didn't bother to clarify and send the correct funds?! A high-quality service is not about smiling employees or phone calls for repeated recording. This is the ability to work with clients and be responsible for the quality of the services you provide. In general, think before contacting a clinic where such an attitude is towards your 5-year-old clients.… *Special thanks to the Arev administrator and dermatologist Mary, for their sincere and friendly attitude, but, unfortunately, to no avail.

I did laser hair removal for the whole body, unfortunately after 2 weeks there was no result at all, nothing changed, I don't know how it happened, before that I did a laser in another salon for 2 years, everything was great. This one was recommended as very good in Yerevan, but unfortunately it will have to be redone elsewhere. 😢
