We ordered the transportation of equipment. They broke it. The issue has really been resolved, for which thanks to the Turkish side of the company. Why do I single out the Turkish side, because the manager in Moscow thinks that it's them, and this is us, as if 2 different companies. It's even a shame to say that, some kind of corporate ethics a person should have ...... Then for some reason this manager complains about customers, generally the bottom of the bottom. When asked to prepare the cargo in a day, he complains that it is not enough, does he even live on earth or where??? They warned a day before that the car would arrive at 9 a.m., everything was agreed, at 12 they could not load the car yet because the cargo was not ready. I sent two shipments. 12kg and 20kg. 12kg went longer than promised , we lost 20kg altogether. Compensation was paid, of course. But it wasn't enough to cover even half the cost of my product.I do not recommend the company.
