Terrible service. More precisely, its absence. You place an order through the website, no one calls back in response. You call yourself, they say they will look at the availability and re-select it in 5 minutes and of course they do not call back.

We bought a farm a month ago (the smallest one). Instead of a uterus and 10 ants, there was a uterus and 3 goosebumps + offspring. Then a couple more appeared, but little by little they began to die. This is despite the fact that the farm has to be moistened every day, and not once a week, as stated on the website. But due to the large number of small cracks, moisture evaporates very quickly...
In general, I do not recommend it, the quality is low, it is very sad to watch goosebumps die...
