There are 9 grocery stores from Korona to Almi, 7 manufactured goods (Sportmaster, Keramo...) within a 3-5-minute walk. And no through roads for passing vehicles. In a word - byada-a-a-a...

Relatively in the city center, a quiet place, excellent transport links, sufficient infrastructure, modern solutions for the organization of the surrounding area, a closed large courtyard space, successful bright color solutions for the facades of residential buildings, no problems with Parking cars and much more. The disadvantage is the lack of direct road connection via the railway with Pulikhovo and Smolenskaya streets.
