Nice hotel in the historical center, on a quiet street.
A 3-minute walk from the hotel is Sultanahmet station, as well as famous attractions.
The staff is polite, friendly and very attentive!
Regarding the room: we booked a deluxe room, but I'm sure we were accommodated in the usual standard on the 1st floor. The room is very small. View from the room to the neighboring building. It can be seen that cosmetic repairs were made not so long ago. There is mold in the bathroom, but it is not critical. There is a paid mini bar with alcoholic and second-hand drinks, 2 bottles of water are brought daily for free.
Cleaning is carried out daily, usually at 9 a.m. we already heard a knock on the door)
The usual European breakfasts are served on the terrace on the 6th floor with a wonderful view of the whole city!

I liked the hotel! The room is small, but it's great for two people. The cleaning was of high quality, everything was new, slippers were given, shampoos were changed every day, water was free in the mini bar, a bottle was brought every day. The plumbing is good, and there have never been any problems with water in a week. The location is just great. T1 Sultanahmet bus stop is 3 minutes away, Eminenyu is a 15-minute walk away. All the sights in Fatih are within walking distance. The view from the restaurant window deserves special attention: on the one hand, the Golden Horn, on the other, Aya Sofia and Irina, it's just a delight!!!

We had a rest in the middle of September, 2024. Great hotel. The rooms are small, clean, and tidy. The staff is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is a complete delight, every morning we admired the Cathedral of St. Sophia, the sea.🙂 Breakfasts were included, we went to dinner twice. The food is delicious!!!!! The location is super - close to historical attractions, many good cafes, currency exchanges. If we're going to go again, we'd like to visit this hotel. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel!

I really liked the hotel! The location couldn't be better. The main sights - Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Cisterns - are 3 minutes away! The street is safe, there is a police car right outside the hotel around the clock. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are fresh. The view from the window is on the tourist street. It's quiet there at night. Only at first they settled in a room with a view of the well, but they moved without any problems. The breakfasts are so-so, but the view from the terrace compensates - the panorama of Istanbul, the Bosphorus, Hagia Sophia! Well, and seagulls)) We had dinner there, but the restaurant is delicious). I won't take any chances and I'll come back here next time.

Nice hotel, with a great location! Sofia and the Basilica are nearby. So-so spa and there are rooms with a view to the "well", but the place redeems everything. The restaurant is on the roof, with the coolest views and an outdoor terrace. There is a block of restaurants nearby, some open until 2 am. There is a tram stop and parking not far away. It's a good place! There is a hotel with a similar name 180 meters away. When making an appointment, you can confuse))

A small hotel in the historical center of Istanbul. The rooms are small but cozy, everything is clean.
Excellent rooftop restaurant, delicious breakfast. Close to all the sights , cafes , shops and a tram stop . It's a decent place to stay for 3-4 days.

A nice hotel in the heart of Istanbul, courteous staff, clean rooms, good service, there is a spa and a restaurant, but we did not get there. The renovation is not completely fresh, but everything is very clean, towels, linen, disposable accessories. Large bathroom with nice shower. Our windows did not face the street, so it was very quiet. I recommend.

Excellent location - all the most popular attractions can be reached on foot; friendly staff, always ready to help; the hotel is quite fresh and compact; the breakfast buffet is not huge, but there is a choice and the food is delicious - breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the mosques, the Bosphorus and feeding seagulls;)

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, ideally located to any attraction. I'm staying right here next time.
Delicious breakfasts may seem monotonous to some, but in fact everything you need to eat.
And what can we say about the view from the rooftop restaurant, it is magnificent.
The rooms show that they have recently been redecorated, everything is clean and beautiful.

IT'S A TERRIBLE HOTEL!
There was no sound insulation, we couldn't fall asleep until 3 a.m. - we could hear everything, the toilet and water draining in the neighboring rooms, in the room above, we could hear the voices of the neighbors, we could hear the elevator, absolutely all the sounds
The reception didn't help in any way with the drunk people on the floor who were shouting at each other for about an hour
At 5 a.m., loud noises started coming from the mosque
But at 8 a.m. we came across a construction site at our windows!!! 8 a.m.!!! In the end, we decided to move to another hotel.
Since moving to another room did not save the whole situation, the walls are empty, like a cardboard house.
And at the check-out, the hotel said that only the ISLAND would issue a refund, and the Island said that only the hotel
Thank you for shifting the responsibility!!! As it turned out, we have a non-refundable tariff
What is a non-refundable tariff??? How can it be non-refundable at the hotel?
Did the island give us a discount for this??? In fact, the island makes its mark-up and if you come to pay on the spot at the hotel, you will pay LESS and most importantly, you can get GUARANTEES that you will receive a refund.
In the end, thank you for a wonderful vacation and lost money.
Moral 1: never book anything through the island, know that they are NOT on the client's side and will not help you in any way.
Moral 2: do not go to local hotels, it is better to go to network hotels, where you will at least get a refund.

We lived here for a week, and I'll single out the hotel staff first of all (we got a free room extension for the New Year holidays, for example), although no one speaks Russian, keep in mind that breakfasts are served on the panoramic terrace, and the breakfasts themselves are standard for Istanbul. The only drawback is a very small deluxe room, but we actually fly there for a walk, so it's not critical.

Excellent location = 200 m to the entrance to the cistern, a little further from Hagia Sophia, near the tram stop T2, Blue Mosque, etc. good service. Friendly staff. A good breakfast for a city hotel. Bonus restaurant on the terrace of the sixth floor with panoramic views from Galata to the Blue Mosque. The standard room is small, but everything is there. The disadvantages are a small bathroom and a window on the wall. The latter is not so bad - silence.

We stayed at this hotel from October 16 to October 21 this year. It is just in a great location, the restaurant has a beautiful view of the city, the old town is within walking distance. The hotel itself is old and requires, of course, repairs. But you can live. The unpleasant thing was that at first they put us in a nightmare room. It was terribly dirty and the window looked out on some kind of garbage. Although we booked a room with a street view. I had to go figure it out. It is very unpleasant that such a thing is practiced at all. Moved to a more or less normal room. Although relatively clean. But the photos of the rooms on the website and the reality differ radically.

The location of the hotel is even too good - all the main attractions are within walking distance. The breakfasts are quite good - not a crazy variety, but everything is delicious (except coffee from the coffee machine), you definitely won't stay hungry. The waiters are very friendly and friendly. And the view of the mosque on the one hand and the Bosphorus on the other makes you forget about food altogether)
The rooms are clean, shampoos / soaps are replenished daily, a brush / razor is available immediately - you do not need to request.

The hotel is located in the heart of the historical center, 2 minutes from the Basilica Cistern and a 3-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Corner room - optimal in area, gorgeous view of the street.Yerebatan with its colorful restaurants. In one of them, they even filmed the Revizorro program. We were satisfied with the breakfast on the upper terrace and the friendly staff.

Great hotel! Located in the center of old Istanbul! All the main attractions are within walking distance! Galata Bridge is 15-20 minutes away along the ancient streets, from where you can make an exciting boat trip along the Bosphorus!
The hotel staff is on top! Cleanliness and order everywhere! SPA services are available!
Delicious breakfasts in the restaurant with panoramic views on the 6th floor!
In the evening, at dinner, you can admire the evening city!

The most beautiful hotel, we have already stayed here 2 times. The first time I booked through Booking, the second time through <url>. Good breakfasts on the terrace with a gorgeous view from the window. The room is normal in size, there is a place for a table with chairs. Good plumbing, and no problems with hot water. High-quality pastel linen and a comfortable bed. Both times we took a view of the city, the windows are large, panoramic, the view is already beautiful from the second floor) The location is the most convenient - the Basilica, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Galata Bridge - everything is within walking distance, and most importantly, there is a very convenient tram stop T1 nearby. On the downside, the neighbors are very audible in the room, and the wifi was not working well.
The Zeugma Terrace restaurant starts working on the hotel terrace after breakfast, this is the most delicious place where we had a chance to eat in Istanbul: fish, meat, Turkish cuisine - everything is gorgeous) 10% discount for hotel guests. Just a very cool place, a view from the terrace of Galata, Hagia Sophia and the Sea of Marmara.
There is also a hammam in the hotel - I do not advise it, I did not like it, everything is set to "flow", very quickly, you will not have time to understand anything.

Convenient location, within walking distance from Hagia Sophia, markets, Galata bridge. The rooms are small, there will be no super view from the windows either. But on the minus ground floor there is a good spa area + a cool restaurant on the top floor (panoramic). There is tea/coffee in the room. The helpful guys at the reception helped with a good transfer for affordable money to the airport.

It's terrible! All the advantages of accommodation are covered by the lack of security in the room and the negligent attitude of the hotel management.
Upon departure, it was discovered that most of the money was missing from the safe, the administration refused to understand and help with the problem. We checked that the staff can easily open the safe and close it with a key without resetting the password set by the guest. The administration's smirks and taunts were especially discouraged.
This is the first time we've come across this.
