The price tags do not correspond to reality. The product has a "Discount" bar, they say at the checkout that there is no discount on this particular product. Then why did they hang a yellow bar with the inscription "Discount"?
The senior cashier answered this question: "How do I know?! I'm not the one who's setting the prices."
Cashiers are the face of the store and must be customer-oriented, which Anwar's staff does not know. But this is not their fault, I think, but the fault of the management - they were not adequately trained, they probably don't pay that much so that the employees are satisfied and work wholeheartedly.
