We have been traveling with the Enyway Travel company since 2012. 9 trips behind your back to countries such as Turkey, Egypt, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka. The staff is always very polite and helpful! Everything is always perfectly organized, focused on our budget and requests. Since we are employees of the public sector, it is not always possible to choose 5* hotels.When choosing 3*, 4* hotels or guesthouses, we always turned to the staff for advice. Without exception, all our places of residence in other countries were impeccable for their money. Many thanks to all employees of the company. In December 2024, I first contacted EnyWay Travel for help in choosing a hotel for my first trip to the UAE, Dubai (with a child for the New Year holidays).
Olga Solovey chose the perfect hotel for us (both in terms of location and service). Olga was literate, polite, and clear in her advice on all the issues I was interested in, gave me the necessary advice on holidays in this country, and helped me book seats on a round-trip plane. Thanks to you, we have had two wonderful trips this year!
For the first time we used the services of this agency this year, when we decided to go on a cruise in the Mediterranean Sea. Agent Valeria Rai worked with us. She is very pleasant, responsive, attentive and patient (special thanks to her for this)! Everything was clear and to the point, they helped with the opening of visas, the agent was in touch with us constantly, even during our trip! And the journey itself is a complete delight!
For the second time we considered beach holidays in Turkey, and since we were satisfied with the work of this agency for the first time, we decided to contact Valeria again. She recommended the wonderful Utopia World Hotel to us! It may not be a Lux hotel, but it is simply impossible not to fall in love with its territory and location! Incredible beauty all around! I chose the company because it had the most interesting offer in India. And I've never regretted it. The manager organized our trip promptly and taking into account all our wishes. Everything was organized efficiently and with minimal energy costs on our part. We came to the office only once to talk with the manager. We immediately signed a contract, paid for and received all the information not only on the trip, but also life hacks for staying in the country: where is it better to book a scooter, where and what medicines are better to buy, where to go, etc.
During the trip, my friend's mom lost contact with her a little and panicked, so the manager very quickly picked up all the contacts and did everything to calm her down and find us 5,000 kilometers away😊

I want to share about the worst vacation, thanks to an incompetent employee in this company, Alla Tolstyko. My husband and I were going to Cuba in early October, there was a long correspondence
indicating the dates when we would like to fly to rest, the tour was picked up, the hotel was chosen, we go to the office, there we mention twice more that our vacation starts from 29.09, what the person, Alla, was thinking at that moment is not known, but she gave us tickets for 30.08, departure from Moscow, and we arrived for vouchers on 22.08, how can we be sure that on 30.08 we will buy plane tickets to Moscow. The person took the money, drew up a contract for the date of rest that she wanted, and not when people need it, and that's it. Alla was not interested in whether we took tickets to Moscow or how we would get there. But we took tickets for the dates that we stipulated and did not notice that a completely different month was specified in the contract, but we were confident in the competence of the employee. A month later, before our expected departure, I contacted Alla, and here was a surprise, she said that we were supposed to fly to Cuba a month ago. There are a lot of questions: why the manager has never written to us, no feedback, as they do in other tour companies. Further: the welcoming party also did not contact the manager, two people from the list did not arrive, no one is settled in the hotel. How is that at all??? If it turned out, we could at least fly out the next day, but no, we just took the money and that's all the work is over. This is such a "wonderful" holiday we got thanks to the employees of this company.

And the important thing is, if you set a clear limit on your budget for a vacation, then no one tries to sell anything superfluous with the words: well, this hotel is only $ 400 more expensive than your budget, but what a view!
