Yesterday, a situation from the category of "out" occurred. We took a car for 9 hours to go out of town. We put the car in waiting for the doors to lock. When we were going to go home, the car did not open through the application, it said that the connection with the car was lost. As a result, after numerous calls to support, a person was sent to us who had to open the car manually. For a second, while the support team was trying to open the car remotely, 40 minutes passed, and exactly an hour later we waited for a specialist.As a result, the car was opened. But we lost more than an hour and a half to open a rented car... I'm attaching screenshots of correspondence with support to compensate for this situation, a very cool decision, I'm just shocked.

The Anytime support service writes to Viber and informs me that the rear bumper is damaged after my rental car and they send me a photo (added below). The photo does not show the state number of the car, and the most interesting thing is that next to the damage to the bumper there is a sticker from the Hello carsharing, which the Hello people use to mark known damage to their cars. I ask a logical question at any time why there is a Hello sticker on your cars, to which they tell me that this is their car. Very strange, but okay. At the same time, they face the fact that if I do not pay a fine of 750 rubles within 7 days, this amount will be debited from my card automatically. Or I need to prove on my own that I didn't do this damage. I requested the coordinates of the car and went to inspect it. I arrive and see an absolutely whole car, there is no damage (photo attached). I'm sending a photo to the support service with a logical question: where is the damage? I receive an answer: all questions to you regarding this damage have been resolved. I was just lucky that this car was in the city, it was not rented, and I managed to find and inspect it on my own. Otherwise, I would just be fined for non-existent damages. Judging by the reviews, my case is far from an isolated one, and it looks like a deliberate model of the company's behavior: deceiving customers and earning fines. Better avoid this company!

I went to see the company's performance due to my professional interest. I read the reviews for one thing and decided to leave my own. I like the service. A good alternative to a taxi and your own car, for those who can count. Although I prefer taxis more (there are fewer risks). Negativists, have you ever wondered how much the company has earned from you over the years? NOT AT ALL. She invests between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 per year in development and your convenience. It's easy to throw negativity. But you're demotivating the employees and owners who work there. At the same time, judging by the reviews, you forget about your obligations under the contract. After killing the company, you will either take a more expensive carsharing service (without competition) or a taxi (it will also be more expensive due to the departure of a competitor). More positive 😊
