The rooms are clean, the reception gave a pleasant price of 1100 baht per night with breakfast, there is direct access to the pool from the balconies of the ground floor rooms. The hotel is sparsely populated, I hardly felt any other residents. Within walking distance there is a pier for departure to Railay beach, next to a booth for excursions and car rental.
