A good location and concept is to rent a 3-room apartment in a prestigious building, equip each room with a Jacuzzi.. Total- mini-hotel for 4 rooms. Overall, it's not bad, but there are nuances.
I'll start with the advantages:
+ 10 minutes to Molodezhnaya metro station
+ 4 elevators
+ fairly recent renovation and furniture
+ almost a hotel package (3 towels, laundry linen in a sealed bag (like on a train!), shampoo, soap - everything is there, taking into account the number of people and the days of stay)
Now the nuances
- weak sound insulation. You can hear the neighbors, with all the nuances- the noise of the Jacuzzi, the clink of glasses.. well, you know :) They will hear you too, do not hesitate))
- there were no mirrors in the room! Even in the bathroom. There is a hair dryer, but no mirror! Okay, I'm a man, I can shave by touch)
- the interior of the kitchen was ruined by an ancient microwave oven, yellow from time to time. The smell from it was age-appropriate.. Not for the squeamish
- the breakfast included in the payment is delivered by courier... after 10 a.m. On weekends, I agree, but what if I go to work? I had to order breakfast in the evening)
- the entrance to the territory is closed by a barrier. A taxi will take you only to him. Who is with things or on the car- keep in mind, the remote control from the barrier is not issued

I had a family vacation at this hotel, and I had the most positive impressions. The atmosphere here is amazing – it is filled with life and energy. It is perfectly located geographically - 5 minutes walk to the metro. This is where all the advantages end - there is nothing in common with an apartment hotel - these are separate rooms on different floors in an apartment building. It's dirty, they haven't cleaned up or thrown out the trash in 4 days. The plumbing is very dirty. They asked to clean the Jacuzzi- they had to clean it themselves (you can't use the Jacuzzi from 10 pm to 9 am. The mattress is spring-loaded, the bed linen has holes and you need to make it yourself(. The pillows are very hard, the blanket is even smaller than one and a half in size - for a double bed. From the washbasins - a small piece of soap, two small bags of shower gel

It is stated to be a king size, in fact the width is 160 cm. A tiny blanket and terrible flat pillows. Room cleaning wants the best, stains in the bathroom on the floor and on the Jacuzzi. We stopped there because we were terribly tired and had no strength to look for something else. The payment is completely ridiculous, he stated the price, we transferred it, then they said that they calculated it more accurately and had to pay 39 rubles extra. It's just trash. It will do for one night, but on condition that the bed linen and pillows are changed. And at the same time, they found someone else's hair, they clean it badly. We have just calmed down that the bedding was sealed in an individual package and was clean. Only these two photos have been preserved.

There are a lot of unpleasant little things. There are few dishes. We stopped by and made our own bed. There were two of us, and there was only one blanket. The bed linen is washed.. There was no air freshener in the toilet, and there was no hand towel in the kitchen. The knives are blunt, there is no shoe spoon. We were in the car and every time we had to call the owner to enter the territory of the house. And it is not clear what the guest money is for. This is nonsense.. Make them as payment for the room and do not deceive people. We were in 4 hotels in Belarus during our vacation and there is no such disgrace anywhere. If I go to Belarus, I will not stay at this hotel. And you need to write that these are apartments converted into separate rooms. 😱

We stayed in these apartments for 8 days in February 2025 with a family of 3 people: 2 adults and 1 child of 7 years.
In principle, it's not bad, I take off 1 star for some little things.:
1) There is no partition between the Jacuzzi and the bedroom. Well, or you need to hang an opaque curtain. This will be a surprise to some, as the description does not specify anything about it, and the apartments allow accommodation with children... It wasn't a big problem for us, because we came with bathing suits.
2) Upon check-in, there are hygiene kits in the form of shampoos, gels and disposable slippers. If you check in for a day or two, then the available amount is enough. But if, like us, it's for more than a week, then it would probably be nice to replenish supplies for the guests, because everything is over, and the slippers are torn. We were ready for that, too, because we brought everything of our own.
3) From time to time there were problems with disconnecting the automatic machine, which is responsible for the Jacuzzi, in the electrical panel. The problem is solved by calling the manager - the machine turns on promptly. A small thing, but not pleasant.
4) When checking in for a long time, room cleaning is not stipulated in any way: the frequency and convenient time of the event.
For us, all of the above was a small thing, because we were driving with a good mood and a desire to have a good time: we didn't want to spoil the mood for ourselves and others. For some, these moments may seem insurmountable and unacceptable difficulties.
I really liked Minsk, we recommend you to visit this city and the country of Belarus.
