We spent one night! A polite receptionist. The double standard room with a large balcony, a balcony as well. The room is clean and cozy, there is a kitchen on the floor, there is everything you need. There is a parking lot. There is Wi-fi, but it did not work for us, respectively, and the TV is in the room because of this)) In general, I liked everything. Thanks!

This is not an apartment, this is a hostel! We booked through the "island", where it is indicated that this is an apartment! Don't believe it! An ordinary dormitory, a shared kitchen and a refrigerator on the floor! Rough. The door is thin and wooden, it closes with a small lock. It's easy to break. Do not leave valuable things there.
Well, at least the toilet is in the room. There is no kettle, no water. Stale bed linen of a strange color and appearance, the same blanket lay in a small sofa, and no one had washed the duvet cover for a long time. There are 2 washed and once white towels for two. The TV does not show any channels, you can only watch something via wi-fi via YouTube. In front of the kindergarten, where the extractor hood from the dining room turns on at 6.00 am. The hum is strong - you will not be able to get enough sleep.
I definitely do not recommend it, only if all the hotels in the city are occupied, as we did.

Unfortunately, our short-term stay in the rented apartment turned out to be extremely disappointing. Here are a few key points that potential tenants should consider:
Keys: Only one key was provided, which caused inconvenience, as it was necessary to coordinate the return to the apartment with other guests.
Cleaning: Garbage was not taken out throughout our stay, which created unpleasant living conditions.
Dishes: All the dishes were in poor condition, with cracks and chips, which made their use unpleasant and potentially dangerous.
Check-in: When trying to check in, the hostess did not answer the phone, and we were able to get into the apartment only thanks to the maid who let us in.
Price: One price was agreed upon, but in the end we were asked to pay an amount significantly higher than the original agreement.
Interior: Artificial flowers resembling cemetery flowers created a gloomy atmosphere.
Kitchen utensils: The pan was in such a state that it was impossible to use it.
In general, the living conditions resembled a hostel, not the apartments that we expected. I cannot recommend this apartment or the owner to other tenants.
