Excellent apartment for its price. Located between two metro lines, 20 minutes to the Louvre Museum, 4 bus stops to Saint-Germain Cemetery. Almost all chain markets are within a 200-meter radius: Monopri, Lidl, Auchan, Kaerfur. There are many cafes, bakeries, Turkish-Chinese-African, fast food, hookah bar around. The apartments themselves have a fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator with a full-fledged freezer, a powerful air conditioner, a safe nailed to the floor, and a nimble Wi-Fi. There is a 24-hour reception, cute sofas, a TV and mini hockey in the lobby.

For your money, a good option. The most valuable thing about the hotel is its location - it is convenient to get to the exhibition center and to the sights. The room is not bad, air conditioning, blackout curtains, kitchenette, comfortable bed. I didn't like that the shower in the room is right on the floor - everything is wet afterwards. Breakfast is meager, the choice of food is not great, but the coffee is decent and sooo delicious little croissants. So I would rather recommend the hotel.

Everything is great clean neat a little Swedish style almost like Ikea there is a great quiet courtyard on the street for breakfast right in front of a bicycle parking lot that can be rented just around the corner a grocery store and an area where 10 restaurants
